Need some help with my team!

Hey there everyone, I was wondering if you could analyse my team for VGC this year? This is my first competition and I'm nervous as heck. I've been practicing this team over and over using online simulators, and it seems to work really well, but I have a feeling something's missing...Help please?

So yeah, If anyone can give ANY feedback that would be brilliant. If you have another hidden ability Eevee spare I would also love to trade for that. Thanks for your time. :D

Welcome to Smogon!

If you want help with your team, I suggest posting it in the Other Teams section of the RMT (Rate My Team) forum. However, be sure to read the RMT rules before posting, and make sure your post follows them. In particular, you need to describe your team - why you chose the Pokémon and their sets, how you use them together in battle, what sort of things you tend to have trouble dealing with, etc. A couple of sentences for each Pokémon is a good description length to aim for, and you can look at the other threads in the forum to get a better idea of what's expected.

As for the Eevee, you can simply check out this thread to see if anyone has one that you might want. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask them in the Simple Questions/Simple Answers thread, or check out the Wi-Fi forum, which is where most of the trading on Smogon happens.

Thunderbolt (I don't have anyone who would be immune to discharge :/ Thunder Wave (I prefer it over Toxic, much more reliable as it cuts speed) Recover Espeon ... Item: Light Clay Nature: Rash Ability: Magic Bounce EV's: 252 HP, 252 Spe, 4 HP Moveset: Light Screen Reflect Hidden Power Ghost (I know, I know, but this was the only hidden ability Eevee I have :/) Psychic Gengar ... Item: Leftovers Nature: Timid Ability: Levitate EV's: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4HP Moveset: Shadow ball Thunderbolt Focus Blast Protect I'm considering running a focus sash destiny bond Gengar instead, but is that really successful? Item: Choice Band Nature: Adamant Ability: Clear Body EV's: 162HP, 252ATT, 94 SpE Moveset: Bullet Punch Meteor Mash Earthquake Zen Headbutt Should I replace Earthquake or Bullet Punch for Pursuit?
