You've got some inventive art going on in here. What it lacks in quality, it pays off in expression and wit. If you improve in the former and stay constant in the latter, you'll go far.

Well, if you're looking for tips/feedback:

1. Your lineart is a little edgy, and certainly needs improving. This is fairly obvious in most of your drawings. Of course (I assume you use Paint), Paint does have many regulations on the lineart which makes it look very pixelated. The only real way to improve is by practicing over and over; you'll finally get to a good standard of clean, neat lineart.
2. I'd try differing the thickness of your lines. This would improve the overall quality of the art (I suspect).
3. Dip into shading. Shading is great to show light sources, and would again improve the quality of the art.

Having said all that, I love the humour in your art. This is mainly due to the wonderful expressions you give each character/Electrolyte pill, and so I would like to finish off this post by asking a request:
Could I please have a gurning Ludicolo? Thanks!

Don't know what programme you use, but I'm gonna suggest this anyway.

If possible, I'd recommend that you make more use of layers.
Draw the lineart on a transparent layer first, then on a layer beneath add in all of your colouring. Yes it takes longer to colour in, but its worth it as it means you wont have that fine while pixelation between your lineart and colours.

Alternatively - if you have photoshop - you can create a new layer underneath, then hover your mouse over the thumbnail of the above layer and click it whilst holding the 'Ctrl' key. This will select the outline of your lineart, you can then return to the layer below and fill the same selection it. This will leave you with a block colour base and your lineart on top.

Yes, I currently use paint for all of my doodles, I wish i had photoshop, though.

If you're looking for a free program to use layers on, I recommend GIMP or paint.net; both are good, GIMP has proper brushes while paint.net is a little easier to start off with (imo)

I love your art!! It's extremely cute and I value the personality as much as technical skill, which will obviously improve as your practice. My favourites are the Gen VI starters and Vitalimar
