Only Leafeon and Glaceon end in "ia" (Leafia and Glacia). The others have nothing like that, with their names just being cutesy (Blacky, Booster, Showers, Thunders, Eifie).

There's no guarantee it's an Eeveelution at all. The body shape doesn't suggest it, and there appears to be a break in the body above the keychain.

Not really? They aren't an evident pattern in the Japanese; if you need to look and don't know Hiragana, just look at the last characters, they're all different. Even if it were, why would 4th and 6th Gen then mystically have the same ending?

It's most probably flying, according to that and it's name as someone pointed out already.

I see a ribbon on its neck and its ears do remind me of flying. Maybe it has a scarf too. Possibly the aviator pokemon.

Honestly, I think the big part is the body. The wings are ... well, wings? Maybe ear-wings? The lower part(s) look like a tail(s) or something. In which case it may indeed be a pixie.

That'd be neat, but I think that's too obvious of a name for it. Nimbeon is perfect, imo.

If anyone's seen that cloud-flying-eeveelution fakemon, I was a fan of Cirreon, of of Cirrus, but with the city based off the same cloud in Unova and the fact that this doesn't look cloudy, I'd count that out.

As for the silhouette, it seems serpentine to me. You can't actually discern any legs, and that would be one hell of a tail.

It could also be that new Dragon eeveelution speculated about earlier. There's only the one previously special type left to do, and there's only one Eeveelution on that cover.

EDIT: Wow, Ninja'd by desilhouettization. (Wow, what a fun word.) Doesn't look much like a flying Pokemon or Eevee, really, but the Eevee below it is undeniable.
