Where to get your VGC 2012 Pokemon from!
Join #vgc on irc.synirc.net - the official channel for free mons giving out and whatnot!
As the VGC season is quickly approaching, many of you are beginning to finalise your teams and are already looking to either breed/RNG your own Pokemon or looking around the forum for people who are nice enough to give them for free. Luckily, our community has several users generous enough to donate Pokemon to other members for VGC events through their trade store. Some of them even take requests too! This thread will serve as a directory for those users who are currently donating Pokemon and taking requests. Remember though, while they are kind enough to do this for the community, you shouldn't take it upon yourself to bombard them with requests for a whole list of Pokemon - keep their life simple. If you have a thread in the Wifi forum (or a list anywhere for that matter) of Pokemon you are willing to give away, or are simply taking requests, just fill out the form underneath and i'll add you to the list right away. If you are requesting Pokemon, please be courteous. Pokemon breeding takes an enormous amount of time and effort. EV yourself if you can. Tell them exactly what you need (Natures, IVs, Egg Moves). Don't keep making changes. Don't hound them. Don't swamp them with requests. Leave them time. Code:

It's embarrassing that I have to say this as I thought it would go without saying but:
If you are requesting Pokemon from any of these people, DO NOT give the same requests to more than one person. Please, it is really disrespectful to PM/VM 10 different people asking them for the same 10 mons, or to ask for a stupid amount of Pokemon. If you do this, don't be surprised when every person rejects your request as they will all find out. |
