[SET COMMENTS]

• This Wobbuffet set is designed to get two easy KOs, stop sweepers and Choiced users dead in their tracks, and provide support through Encore.
• Custap Berry activates at <25% which allows a speedy Destiny Bond to take down an extra opponent.
• Prediction is heavily eased through the use of Encore.
• Can handle some of OU's premier sweepers such as Rock Polish Landorus among other Pokemon.
• Useful for winning the weather war which is omnipresent in OU.
• Its typing means it takes neutral damage from most things.
• EV spread maximizes both defenses for Wobbuffet to be able to cover both ends of the spectrum.
• Must be noted that the Custap Berry only sends Wobbuffet's moves to the top of priority +0 so Pokemon with priority such as Scizor can outspeed and finish it off.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

• EV spread is open to change depending on what the team needs to cover.
• Calm nature can be used but since physical threats are more common a Bold nature is generally preferred.
• Best partnered with something that appreciates trapping support (e.g. Politoed or Ninetales)

I don't see why we need this. All this requires is a slash on Wobs current main slash (add in Destiny Bond and Custap Berry) which we can do via scms.

Your EV spread is pretty darn similar to the one we have on site, so I really don't need the need for an entirely new set, that just needs an scms mention.

The EV spread isn't really open to change unless you want to counter a specific threat and the 28 HP EVs are no longer necessary to hit a leftovers number, by the way. Up to you guys, though. Also:

I now realise I've made a terrible error of judgement. It was foolish of me to claim that this set plays differently, when it's just the the bulky wobbuffet set with a different item choice (+destinybond). You're still using it to trap and kill threats, but now you've got the luxury of killing something else with destinybond. Cutsap only adds to the effectiveness of the main set, it doesn't really reinvent how its used and I think we can all agree that Cutsap is much better than leftovers. Thus I think it would be best if Cutsap and Destinybond were edited into the original analysis via SCMS.

I'm sorry for making you think otherwise.
