For Stadium, I assume?

Are you playing with any bans we should be aware of? (ie, are Mewtwo/Mew legal, and are the evasion and OHKO moves legal?)

No, for PokeMMO (Fire Red/Leaf Green).

Legendaries as of right now are not implemented into the game yet.
