Yes it does. It works on any pokemon except pokemon with certain abilities (Like Arceus multitype).

I don't want to use stuff like that so I can use the Pokemon in random match-up/official VGC tornaments but I did figure out a team to use and still need, I will cross them out as I get them, and will list the absolute nesesary stuff, and will list EV's but I can do that if they have no training, contact me for more details. (*) means that it must be that, otherwise it can be close. (-) means that I don't care:

Finaly I plan to use N's Zoroark but he has bad EV distribution so I need someone to at least give it some EV lowering berries so I can properly EV train him. (but someone who can do it for me would be nice, but not necessary.)

Edit: I can't/won't use Pokecheck because of three reasons:
1: The Pokemon can't be used for random match-ups/official VGC stuff.
2: Even if I want to use it I am using the 3DS for my browser so I can't access my e-mail, which I haven't even got a chance to use since last year (would join Bulbapidia if I could).
3: Because I am using the 3DS I can probably have it check my Pokemon just fine but on getting a Pokemon that won't work because it will only show the first 200 on any list (Balbasur-Mistrivas. Plus oddly Slaking) so I can't even get Wabbuffet #202.

Edit2: Can work for EV training, not to sure what I might have to trade but can probably negotiate something, most likely be an event like shinny Suicune or the accompanying Celebi for the Zorua/Zoroark events or something like that.

Probably breaking rules, here. Im really new to pokemon (started playing cuz GF plays a lot, lol, and we just moved in together. Figured itd be nice to play together) and i always get crushed >.> im trying to make a secret rain team to MAYBE beat her for once in our 50 duels :(

Anyway, i honestly dont have much. I have dream radar, so i can try to get those. And i have some basic stuff throughout the game and a few trades online. Nothing special.

I really need a Dream World female tentacruel. I just got the politoed and a toxicroak from a friend :p Now i need to breed them and try to learn IV stuff. Anyway, lmk if anyone has one. Dont really care about nature/IVs etc.
