Welcome to CAP, RileyTheChao123! Here in this particular forum we create Pokemon as a community with an official process, which can be found here. I would recommend reading through the Forum Rules as well to get a better sense of how we go about creating Pokemon and why threads like this get locked. Wherever your "Thox Project" is taking place, we cannot allow it to be here in this forum, sorry. Feel free to participate in our next project, however; maybe your own ideas will gain traction with community opinion and you can get your thunder fox after all.
