Hi, that's my first RTM
I've started to play pokemon many years ago but I did'nt decide to post my teams since now, the reason? well I'll try to make an OU team following some rules:
- the team must have a pokemon of each generation
- no legendaries, no matter if is OU or not
- follow the item clause (all 6 different items)
but I think that the team has a problem in the late game and with the special attacker, so I decided to post and read the opinions and recomendations.
Ability : water absorb
Evs : 248 HP/ 252 Def/ 8 Speed
Item : Lum berry
I'll run my vaporeon as a support and a stall killer when the opponent pokemon has been posioned or burned, I played so many battles and this vaporeon do his job,at the beggining I run vappy with toxic instead of roar buuut found a problem: if the other pokemon start to use stats modifiers (I forget the correct word lol) like swords dance, DD, bulk up... my vappy can be defeated easy, so I decided to use roar to eliminate that weakness.
Ability : Technicia
Evs : 252 HP/ 40 Atk/ 216 SpD
Item : Life orb
This scizor is the bulky swords dance but with a little difference: U-turn, why u-turn? well with this move you can scape from a bulky magnet pull magneton/magnezone, also 216 evs in SpD can let me to switch to scizor after vaporeon use wish, and can let me to S.D with no problem (only the fire attacks of course xD). Other pretty good option is persuit instead of roost but I like the recovery moves *-*, just kidding I run roost for recover the life orb damage.
Ability : Pressure
Evs : 252 HP/ 140 Def/ 116 SpD
Item : Eviolite
That's an unique dusclops (I tho), the evs in Def and SpD can stop any move well and let me the time to burn or poison, the main strategy is inflict stat damage and resist until the pkmn die, so will o wisp and toxic are the core of dusclops, pain split give him resist more turns and shadow sneak let me attack first and defeat pkmns with very low HP (thanks priority moves xD). The only thread is Heatran but even in these case I can lower his HP/pop the air ballon using pain split/sneak, also I protect dusclops with wish to gain more usefull turns.
Ability : Poison heal
Evs : 252 HP/ 184 Def/ 72 SpD
Item : Flying Gem
This gliscor is the second physical attacker of my team I run Acrobatics instead of Ice fang because I thought fighting drain punch pokemons can do a lot of damage of my team, I use flyging gem to have a very powerfull STAB move against them.
Also posion heal - flying gem let me activate acrobatics effect and have a counter for a toxic move.
I also have a gliscor with 252 hp/ 252 atk acrobatis/ ice fang/ taunt/ earthquake, I choose the first one for counter stall walls but the other is good too.
Ability : Moxie
Evs : 132 HP/ 136 Def/ 240 Speed
Item : Sytrus berry
Scrafty is my main Physical attacker his movepool cover a lot of types, this evs build help to survive 1HKO and the sytrus berry recover a good amount of HP (I think is better than leftover for these scrafty), so the strategy is cover scrafty by wish and use D. Dance or use D. Dance ressist an attack and recover using the berry, with one boost is pretty usefull and continue boosting thanks to moxie, after 2 D. Dance is a beast (in one battle he destroyed an entire team after 2 DD xD).
Ability : Volt absorb
Evs : 4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Speed
Item : Choice Scarf
Hidden Power Ice
This is my special attacker, I can't found a good special atk who can do a good synergy with my team so I choose jolteon for his movepool speed and attacks.
When I started to train with the team I used him as a lead, sometimes he do a good job sometimes die in one attack, then I decided to use dusclops as lead but with this change jolteon die so many times and doesn't help so much.
How the team works
Well I use dusclops as lead and burn/poison as many pkmns as I can and protect him with vaporeon, then I use wish and change to another pokemon, the strategy change according to the team but this is the main idea.
ps: sorry for my english it is not my native language u.u

Hey, nice team.
But they are a few things I would change;
1st - the idea is from U-Turn on Scizor is good, but I would suggest nevertheless to play Bug Bite/Brick Break. If the Magnezone problem is very big, you can try Brick Break, but I think, the rest of your team can handle Magnezone quite good.
2nd - painsplit on dusclops with toxic(!) and w-o-w is imo not a very good idea, cause the enemy (^^) pokemon lost to much HP as the back gets yourself enough myself, especially because you do not have leftovers.
I would suggest that set:
And the last thing: I would play Subsitute in place of protect on Gliscor. That make it easier to get boost by swords dance.

As always I will make my rate short and sweet.
Siczor: Superpower and Bug bite over roost and U-turn and 252Att/4Hp/252Spe EV spread
Fairly easy to explain this, you are going to want a defense against anything fire and bug bite/roost isn't going to help. Super power ensures a safety from magnezone, and you won't need to U-turn. The EV spread is because this will turn Scizor into a physical attacker
CM Latios over dusknoir
It is sort of like you are trying to turn dusknoir into a defensive sableye, that never works and honestly I think that Dusknoir should be in RU. Trust me that trying to troll pokemon to death will only burn yourself, you end up entering the battle 5 against six when he faints from a ridiculously OP shadow ball from any special attacker. Dusknoir has no time to set up in OU and really not even in UU (yes I don't like dusknoir, sue me). Latias with calm mind will give you a great special attacker with more coverage then jolteon. Honestly one of the best in the game.
Gliscor: Ice fang over acrobatics and toxic orb over flying gem
It is EXTREMELY HARD to predict when your opponent is going to throw out toxic, so 9/10 times Gliscor's ability will go to waist unless you use toxic orb. Not only that but it protects you from what all physical walls fear most, burn. Meanwhile Ice fang gives you much better coverage then acrobatics. Dragons will fear gliscor and his deadly power.
Gliscor's EV spread should be 252Att/72Def/184Spe
Gliscor has one problem that people always disregard him for, his depressing 95 attack makes him almost obsolete when it comes to picking a main OU physical attacker. Gliscor won't mind having a little less defense, you shouldn't fear physical attacks with 125 and special attacks completely destroy regardless (sort of like cloyster) so trust me when I say that without EVs in attack gliscor will do almost NO DAMAGE.
Hope this helps :D
