Glaceon Anyone?

STATS: 65/60/110/130/95/65/
When I made my first NU team, as shown in the RMT I made a while back, I wanted to try out Glaceon. Even though Snover has left, making our snowy friend less dominant, it has one of the strongest ice beams in the game. It can utilize its decent coverage to hurt teams.

My set:
Glaceon @ Choice Specs
Trait: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Special Attack, 4 Speed
Moves:
Ice beam
shadow Ball
Hidden power fighting
Frost Breath
This is a fun set to use. Ice beam destroys a lot of NU mons, while Hidden power fighting is for probopass, bastiodon, and lairon. Shadow ball doesn't do much, it's just there for if you know it will take out Gradevoir while ice beam may not. Frost Breath is its only way to really hurt Calm mind Musharna. The EVs are standard, with the 4 speed enabling it to our speed other Glaceon.
Now, what are your thoughts on Glaceon? Is it great? Outclassed by Rotom Frost? Tell me!
