Hows about a Pokemon Showdown App?

Wouldn't that be a neat idea??? I wouldn't know where to start on the making of one of these, but I'm sure someone on this site could! Okay, that is all I can say seeing as this being a sugestion! What do y'all think?

If you can deal with the lag, showdown already works on iphone/android

As for an app... Well, there might be legal ramifications, since Nintendo has made itself clear we are not to profit from a simulator. Hosting it on itunes any other way would be a pretty hefty deficit, and that's not mentioning getting people to program it... In all, probably not going to happen, sorry.

That said, if someone were to prove me wrong, i'm right in line behind you lol

What? Nintendo have actually something to say about Pokemon Showdown!?

I know that they may know about PS! existence but I always thinked they don't care about most of it.

As explained by various users in this thread, it is already possible to access Pokemon Showdown! through a mobile device.
