2012 has been a whirlwind of a year, and the Tournaments haven’t disappointed. amongst them we have had tournaments that have stretched the imaginations and inspired the community to creatively team build using heavily set rules and restrictions and this tournament allows you to re-live just some of these moments. Each round will allow you to re-live a different tournament you might’ve missed/loved.

This round, you will be participating the in Helping Hand Tournament - a tour in which other users contributed sets for other people to be used during teambuilding. The sets posted could be anything legal at the time and only they could be used. This put a strain on teambuilding as sometimes preferential sets weren't likely to be available and participants had to find alternatives to building a solid team.

All Smogon Tournament Rules apply - they can be viewed here
All Individual Tournament Rules apply - They will each be posted each round make sure you read and have understood each ruleset any questions will be answered by the host of the round as best as they can figure it out.
All Matches are Standard BW2 OU Unless the Host Specifies otherwise
Keep track of all logs. You may be asked to present them
All Standard Clauses are on - these are;

If your matchup from Round 2 hasn't been completed then do so by The original deadline - Then post here. If you are challenged by your R2 Opponent (The incomplete matches that is) before Saturday 11:58pm GMT then you must take it.

ok, below is the log of my battle with SoulWind

I wish to state I am relatively new to the tournament scene and have had no experience with serious hax in the few tournaments I was in, I do have experience with it in regular battles and have a simple "that's life" approach to it, both when receiving and when dealing. As the log shows, I very much did apologize.

I don't know how commonplace it is to forfeit/whatever after such hax, and the fact 2 or so spectators (not SoulWind himself) start saying I should forfeit is not enough for me to be won over, for all I know bias might be factoring in, I just don't know.

I'd appreciate hearing, especially from the host, if this is the kind of match that warrants a rematch. If I get some input pointing that way, I will propose SoulWind that opportunity.

I find being called "garbage" over something like this WAY out of line though, especially given in the battle itself you didnt exactly direct any blame at me.
EDIT: thanks for your explanation SoulWind, yes of course losing to a crit is annoying, can't deny that, I see now "garbage" wasn't directed at me

It's up to you if you want to offer him a rematch. You don't control hax, no one expects you to offer rematches because it happens. If you want to play the game again thats fine and its your decision, but it is not, and never will be, part of the rules to offer rematches because of luck.
