[RMT] I've been using this team for a bit so...

Here's a team I took like 10 minutes on. I need some criticism and stuff. Thanks!

252 HP / 140 Atk / 116 SpD
Careful Nature (+SpD, - Atk)
~ Sucker Punch

~ Pain Split
~ Will-O-Wisp

I'm fine on this one,it's a standard starter.

Bold Nature ( +Def, -Atk )

~ Wish

A wish passer...Nothing needed on this one.

Evs: 56 Atk / 200 Satk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SpDef)
~ Ice Beam
~ Bug Buzz
~ Brick Break
~ Air Slash/Taunt

For this one, I'm thinking about changing Substitute to Air Slash,because it would've been more useful in LOTS of situation.

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

This won me TONS of battles. Nothing really needed.

~ Thunderbolt
~ Haze
~ Pain Split

I don't know about this one... I'm stuck between T-bolt and WoW. T-bolt helps it being NOT useless against Heatran,but I don't have much status going on in this team.

Evs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
Careful Nature (+SpD, - Atk)

~ Shadow Sneak

I LOVE this thing,even though I can't say the name. This annoys practically EVERYONE,and some people D/C against this,because I made a big sweep against them.

Anyway,any criticism and nitpicking is welcomed. Thanks! NO SPAMMY HARSH CRITICISM.

Edit: I'm thinking of switching out a few pokemon for a rapid spinner,and maybe another phys. sweeper.

I'm really liking Hitmontop. Good SpDef,speed,and attack! It also packs Fake Out...

Spiritomb- Ok

Blissey- Aromatherapy/Heal Bell + Wish = illegal... use protect/softboiled instead of aroma/wish instead... and blissey NEED instant heal

Scylant- Never played against scycant, but i think Sub + life orb = suicide

Azelf- Put timid , since u arent using any phys move...

Weezing- Think About it: Poison is onlt super effective against grass, steel is immune to it and its weak to ground and others.
Use BOTH WoW and Tbolt, so u can kill Gyarados easily, dont be useless against heatran, and burn chomps. I like him as counter to revenank, with WoW+Haze+Pain Split

Revenankh- Use Sahdow Neak > shadow punch, since u wil need to kill weakened thing before they can heal. U should put more SpD EVS over defesne , since bulk up cover it. Rest+ShedSkin>>>>>>>>>Moonlight+Airlock

@Pombo - About the Renevankh, I prefer pretty equal defenses,so I'll leave it be.

You dont need wish protect and softboild, remove softboiled for one of blisseys other options (aromatherapy, Ice beam, thunderbolt, Thunder wave ect)

Syclants evs are dumb, i know you just got them from the analysis but they dont make sence 200 evs for attack when you only have 1 phy. attack its not good, my advise is to change BB to Earth Power or Focus Blast, if you want to avoid being walled by bliss use a Tail Glow set.

Maybe change Expert belt to LO on azalf.

Move Defence evs to Sp. def on revenankh.

The coverage of Azelf isnt that great, so u should put life, since it wont live much, or focus sash, to kill Weaviles and friends
