The Layout

With the deadline approaching, we need to decide on a layout on how to present the issue. I don't think any traditional magazine sites will work particularly since this is a much smaller scale work than other magazines.

I wanted to see a snapshot of what chaos is thinking for the site and have the magazine conform to that, but maybe we need to get our own layout done and propose it to chaos. I'm not really great at this kind of stuff so it'd be great if some of you wizards can cook something out :)

Thought comments ideas suggestions drafts?

I was hoping someone else would post since I'm lazy and don't want to do it, but since it appears not I guess I'll have to step up =(.

I could probably whip something up for this (I still have to finish my articles too, I'm doing that Sunday though I promise, I set aside time for it specifically! ^__^) by Monday at the very latest.

I just need an idea of what medium this is being done on. Is it being put on-site directly or is this being housed elsewhere? I was confused what you meant by "traditional magazine sites"? I have to know what I'm working and what tools are at my disposal before I can even ponder some ideas.

We did when it was a PDF. Now I'm not too sure as I don't have enough CSS/HTML experience for this.

I had Firestorm's logo originally, which explains the images below, but since I saw david's, I really like this one.

Firestorm and I were trying to find a good color for the links. I like the red: it's a good color, and it doesn't make the whole site monochrome. I like yellow too, but not as much as red. Firestorm likes them purple and yellow.

Sarenji that is pretty damn spectacular. Unless someone else has a really good entry, I don't see any reason why we wouldn't use yours. (Tangerine please post!)
