Ripchord hasn't been on in the last couple of days, which has obviously stopped us from playing our match. I spent all day on Shoddy Battle today, in hopes of getting my match done with Ripchord. I hope we can get our match done tommorow.

The problem is, you can't change Hypnosis's accuracy back, so Platinum already affects us.

Skymin will not be allowed in this tournament. Throwing in what I assume will be a top tier poke after many of the other top tiers have been removed would obviously be a bad idea.

The new moves will NOT be allowed in this round, however they will be allowed in every round after this (some people have already finished their matches this round, and I would like each match within each round to be played under uniform conditions).

Regarding Hypnosis (and any other move changes): I don't care what server you play on, so long as both players agree on where the match should take place. If a consensus cannot be reached, the match should be played at Smogon University. After all, this is a Smogon tournament.

EDIT: New Rotoms aren't allowed either.

The original Shaymin (aka Land Forme) has always been, and still is, allowed. The Sky Forme Shaymin did not exist at the start of the tourney, and is therefore not allowed in the tournament.
