Not one voted for Electric. Lanturn's 67 Speed and 76 Special Attack kinda weigh down the fact that it has an interesting offensive typing. But some changes will have to be made for it to counter the Top 10.

Plus 4x Resist to Bullet Punch is a effin problem.

Fighting is completely walled by revenakh. It does not need even more use. A top 5 counter cannot be weak to revenakh, don't vote fighting!

As we have seen with Cloyster, that typing is very bad for the current metagame, although if it were more offensive minded, it might work.
Nevertheless, voting Fighting because we need a new Poliwrath. The typing is great, and makes him a decent Syclant counter.

With Water, you have already chosen a type that already has no hope of completely shutting down Revenankh's STAB onslaught. Seek not types that resist Ghost.

Electric is not a terribly useful offensive typing in CAP OU, however, with Water as it's main STAB, you won't need it.
