I'm going to have to go for Quite Good. As DJD said, it's hard to justify giving good movepools to CAP when their stats are so bloated. We could just forget its Special Attack like with things like Weavile and Heracross, which would help to balance it. It would still have issues with some things, but its dual STAB brings it a long way for countering stuff.

Voted Quite Good for the same reasons as DJD. But the bandwagon's a-rolling and it's too fast to keep up.
