I didn't expect to see T-bolt as #2. It must have been the huge rise in Magnezone. I'm surprised the Fire attacks fell down aways.
And most Scizor don't have Brick Break? |

Crunch 4.17% - standard
Crunch 5.75% - suspect Stone Edge 10.71% - standard Stone Edge 15.23% - suspect It really does look like CBTar is the threat in the suspect metagame, and for obvious reasons, it destroys Latias and can hit other Tyranitar, Metagross, Scizor and Blissey harf (Latias counters). It also provides a great switch in to all but Sub Tran. It really is the anti-(suspect)metagame Pokemon at the moment! standard - |Tyranitar|Item|Choice Band|30.0| suspect - |Tyranitar|Item|Choice Band|46.1| EDIT: and what Twash said

It seems me obvious that is Earthquake, in a metagame dominated by the TSS it is logical that this moves is very used, then it is very also used Stealth Rock, because it is the movement in which the whole metagame centers, they are created even some Focus Sasher (for instance Aerodactyl) only for setting this moves.

Pursuit - 3.56% - OU
Pursuit - 7.01% - Suspect Pursuit is much more popular in Suspect, pretty much due to Latias in my opinion. Pretty obvious, but never expected there to be that much of a difference.. Thanks a lot, X-Act. |

Yay. I think I got HP Rock up to 0.03% all by myself, but using it on ScarfTran to hit both Mence and Gyara for SE damage, plus neutral on enemy Heatran.

I'm quite surprised that Rest and Sleep Talk aren't other option on Gyarados, judging by the number of ResTalkers I've faced (and use =P). I actually thought that set would be more common than the LO sweeper this month.

HP-Dragon 0.01%
LOL, people are nutty on Shoddy. Trick 3.82% WTF? Trick is like one every team! How can it be so low? I am surprised by the big difference of percentage of #1 and #2. Ground types are dominating the game with STAB Earthquake! *Fcloyuggohn*

Surprising to see that Gengar still has Hypnosis as a typical move since the drop in the acc of Hypnosis is probably the reason it is out of the top 5 in both standard and suspect in the first place.
The suspect one is interesting, people are finally realizing the amazing potential of a mixed Gengar which is absolutely monstrous with a Life Orb. Tyranitar is as unpredictable as ever which is awesome, You never know what that lead Tyranitar is carrying; is it a scarf dark pulse waiting to own the hell out of your Azelf or is it going to pursuit the shit out of you when you try to leave?! Magic Coat is really underrated, only 0.1% :\. I'm also suprised that U-turn isn't listed for Zapdos, it's a great option for Specs/ScarfDos, but I guess BulkyDos is used way more..

What's with more Stone Edge uses than Ice beam? I thought that the bulky waters were everywhere, and with every team needing to kill Salamence/Flygon..........

Typical moveset: - Sleep Powder - Toxic Spikes - Stun Spore - Sludge Bomb * Protect and Hidden Power Bug can replace any of the four moves listed. My Sashnat is catching on! although why sludge bomb > protect i have no clue |

I'm actually surprised there isn't more hp dragon. On all special type pokemon with perfect ivs (ie non legends) who don't run any hidden powers, once you removed the 31 attack ivs to reduce confusion damage, hp dragon is the result. Just see starmie and gengar.

Dragon only hits dragon super effective.
Coverage isn't just hitting few things NVE, its hitting as many things SE as possible. Hidden Power Dragon doesn't have the power or coverage for offensive Pokemon, and defensive Pokemon usually use STAB attacks. The closest thing I can imagine would be a one attack Suicune with HP Dragon over Surf to avoid Water Absorbers from stopping your sweep, but that wouldn't work. It's decent on paper, but there's usually something better.

If you combine the usages of Flamethrower and Fire Blast, the prevalence of special fire type moves in the metagame will be quite evident (OU).

I'm pretty sure the scofield is talking about setting HP Dragon by using an IV spread of 31/0/31/31/31/31, to reduce confusion damage. You're not really using the HP. The thing is, Scofield, that HP Dragon wouldn't show up in this, since even if everyone set the HP without using it, there would be no usages to speak of.
