I think Mirror Move should be allowed, its not very competitive, but still interesting.

I think something like Copycat would fit any of the three arts more than Mirror Move, while still retaining a similar effect

No to Torment. If it's counters can't hit it twice in a row with a super-effective move then it turns just about any 2HKO into a 3HKO which just seems too powerful to me.

I for Slack Off. But against Bulk up and other moves that boosts the user.

They're more than one way to combat a Pokemon. Zapdos can Toxic/Thunder Wave/HP Flying him if he tries to Torment it's Thunderbolt and that if CAP6 can survive the first TB. Some Starmies/Slowbro carry electric move as well as their stabbed move so they're not up a creek without a paddle. Faster foes can just Taunt CAP6 before it even make a move. It's not that hopeless.

BTW, I'm neither for nor against Torment.

This would make a lot other OU Pokémon broken. Seriously, there's no way Torment can end up being broken - or even competitive, for this concern.
