Jimbo, I sent you a PM regarding my issue and haven't heard back yet. Just wanted to make sure you received it. I'm more than happy to wait patiently for a reply and/or for what I requested, but I just wanted to make sure you received the PM. Lol so Goodbar and I were discussing Comentor's case (yet again) and after further inspection of hex coding of the Mismagius apparantly it's not hacked.

Like I said before, Misdreavus is pretty much impossible to check, so someone (maybe someone of the Chocolate variety) told me to evolve it. Everything is correct in the coding for this case. In conclusion, blame Goodbar, thank Syberia.

Comentor I'd like to apologize on behalf of the moderating team for your banning. I guess the person who originally checked your Missy didn't totally know how to check it either. PM Anti with any other concerns :)

Just wanted to thank you two, and I believe I stayed friendly throughout this whole thing, but I do want to apologize again for implying earlier that you might not have actually done anything when checking my pokemon. (although I'm sure you can understand how hard it is being called a hacker for something you put a lot of work into). Also, I noticed my name is still on the blacklist, if I PM Anti will that be taken care of then?

There was a whole great big argument about this in the SBP9 thread, where Goodbar was under the impression it was hacked (but had not hack checked it himself). We eventually came to the conclusion it was likely he had gotten mixed up with the hacked Charmander Pokeguy was trading for a while.

I see ShinyD's last activity on smogon was 2 months ago and he is still blacklisted here. Unfortunately I do not know that much Italian at all to communicate on that board as I would be tempted to get some of our more trusted Italian members involved in helping out with this situation.

I don't think this is blacklistable behavior. He did answer your question where he got it from. Check page two he says he got in while he was on a trip near Italy.

A pokemon being shiny doesn't make it hacked. If you think it is don't trade with him.

A mod might want to check that thread out. The last page especially...

I've got evidence against him. I thought I'd work out a deal to get redistribution rights to that magnificent Suicune of his. I don't have a copy of it or anything, but the IVs he has listed in the thread are illegal with Calm nature according to the Shoddy Battle Team Builder. In his PM to me he mentions that it was "his uncle's" 10 Anniv Suicune.

I've posted in his thread to confirm the IVs, but if someone can wrestle a copy from him it'd be pretty easy to hack check.

Like I said before, Misdreavus is pretty much impossible to check, so someone (maybe someone of the Chocolate variety) told me to evolve it. Everything is correct in the coding for this case. In conclusion, blame Goodbar, thank Syberia. Comentor I'd like to apologize on behalf of the moderating team for your banning. I guess the person who originally checked your Missy didn't totally know how to check it either.
