Corrections for Modding

Dear Smogon. I have been listening to and watching people break rules for a while, and it seems that it is rapidly increasing. I watch as 5 mods do nothing as people start speaking Portugese, thus annoying players, and trollers, who some do nothing BUT troll, make many people leave servers and do something else. Flamers, as well. People have been complaining how some morons have been annoying them for a while, and asked the mods for help. Nothing happened! I understand that the mods are not always ready to jump in and help, like mini-Supermen/Superwomen, but it would be nice to have a stricter placement to be aligned. I know we all find some absolute noob who jumps in and starts shouting:

YoFACE was banned by darkie for 13 days, 23 hours, 15 minutes.

But at least kick people quicker and harder. That is what I am asking for, just so people have a better understanding not to break the rules, and contribute less unpleasantness to our Smogon Community.

By the way, I have a list of suggested actions:

Caps: Warn first once, if happens again, kick.
Trollers: Warn once, then kick. Again, 2 day ban.
Flamers: Ban immediately from 1 hour to 1 day. Again, weekban.
Spam: Kick/ban IMMEDIATELY for 1 hour to a week.
Smogon Dissers: Warn once, again, final warning, again, kick.
Foreign Languages: Warn once, then kick. (<-- Kick right after warning.)
Main Chat Challengers: Warn once, show them the find tab, if again, kick.

I sincerely hope this helps the ShoddyBattle servers. I will try and contribute as much as possible.
