CAP Gym Leaders!

I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, and I went over the forum rules twice over already. Basically, I want to create an entire Gym Leader and Elite 4 roster, as though everything in CAP was taken from a new game.

Anyway, here's the first.

Syclant - Chris - "The Perfect Insect Prodigy" (done)
Revenankh - Casper - "The Friendly Shaman"
Pyroak - Lief - "The Evergreen Intellectual"
Fidgit - Teresa - "The Smiling Digger"
Stratagem - Nicole - "The Unwavering Statuette"
Arghonaut - Chelsea - "The Healer of the Lake"
Kitsunoh - Jack - "The Mysterious Actor"
CAP8 - Eric - "The Shining Youngster"

The Elite 4 will come later once the CAP project actually gets far enough for that. Well, I'm hoping this is allowed, otherwise I'll just put this up in my art thread.
