New Grounds UU Tournament [Round 3]

New Grounds UU Tournament Round 3 General Tournament Rules Signup Thread Round 1 Round 2 Introduction Over these last few months, many changes have been made to the UU Tier. Now that Donphan and Dugtrio have dropped down to UU, I felt that it was time to give UU some tournament recognition and host this for all of you UU battlers out there. Battling Rules
