RBY UU Tournament #2 (Sign-Ups)

You may only use pokemon in the "Underused" section.

Rules:
No OHKO Moves
No Evasion Moves
Species Clause
Freeze Clause
Sleep Clause
Self-KO Clause
No Mew or Mewtwo
No GSC Tradebacks

I am hoping to run 1 of these per month, with each month being a different version. Next month will be GSC, then ADV. We will be using the official smogon tier lists. There is not one for advance yet, so hopefully somebody will make one before then. Each of these tournaments will be Single Elimination.

Awesome that we have an official tiers list.

Edit: Also, and feel free to completely ignore this if it annoys you, it's just an observation meant to be helpful and either way works for me: Nidoqueen's stats and movepool are almost the same as Nidoking, and I'd think will probably be almost as effective as Nidoking would, so if you want to you could ban her, as well (+18 HP, -20 Atk, +20 Def, -8 Spd, same Spc). =)

Edit #2: And also, just to say, how does it makes sense for someone to have given this topic 3 stars? I really have no idea what that means...
