Dude you really need to learn to read rules. The Tour isnt a tournament like the Smogon Tournament, the Tour happens every single week until R1 ends, and sign up threads are posted one in Friday, one in Saturday and one in Sunday, so yes, you will be able to join tomorrow AND suday if you please, since you can join 2 of them per week.

There will be a seperate thread for each tournament for each day, and will be kept open until the tournament reaches the maximum amount of people (which really doesn't even take that long in these tournaments). Spots go VERY quickly so get in there as close to the thread opening time as possible.
