Which IRC channel would you say is most intimidating for new users?
Which would you say is the easiest to slide into for a new user? (In terms of discussions and such)

How do you define yourself and how do you feel you fit in with the other members of the smogon community? (As a person, not as an admin with power)

For a person who has just joined Smogon, what do you think is the best way for them to get involved and integrated into the community, and eventually become a badged member?

Ugh....sometimes I find this site awful to use.

Where do I go to submit new ideas for pokemon movesets?

Have you ever considered expanding the website to include in-game material? I mean, like serebii or marriland has walkthroughs and guides, and cover other pokemon games. (such as the rescue hero series) I'm sure most people here would love being better than these sites in more than just the competitive aspect.

Another question. And I mean this in the greatest respect.

Why does this site seem to be very unfriendly?

What are some of the future goals in store for Smogon as a resourceful website and as a community?

Do you think any aspects of the site will develop a whole new course or will things stay comfortably as they are now?
