The New Analysis Moderation System

If you were in #C&C earlier, this isn't going to be a surprise for you, but for those who weren't, this is a description of how all new analyses are going to be handled by the C&C Moderating Staff in order to make uploading and maintaining analyses significantly more streamlined.

For those of you who are involved in tutoring, C&C will work similarly. Each member of the C&C Staff will be placed into a queue, and every analysis will be assigned to a specific moderator. That moderator will be responsible for the following:

1. Ensuring that the analysis is completed with some level of speed. We're not trying to push writers here, but it's always better to keep things moving at a steady pace. This includes keeping the writer on track, procuring grammar checking for "completed" work, and if worse comes to worse, replacing the analysis writer if they should abandon their analysis.
2. Arbitrating all issues with the analysis. If there is a conflict between the analysis writer and a person/people posting in the thread, it will be up to the moderator to arbitrate this conflict and finally resolve it if need be. Remember that as a moderator, your word is final, though you are allowed to ask other moderators or users for input (and this is appreciated and suggested).
3. Uploading the analysis. When the time comes, and you believe that the analysis has been completed and grammar checked enough, you will be the user responsible for placing the analysis onto the website via SCMS. This is the largest reason for this important restructuring, as often completed analyses get passed over due to moderators being swamped and/or not having enough time to look over the whole forum.

The system will work like this:

Each moderator will have a "preferred metagame" (or metagames) that that they wish to moderate. The moderators will be placed in a queue, and every new analysis will be placed into the queue and assigned to the next available moderator for that metagame. Articles are also done this way, and are treated like a separate metagame for these purposes. The moderators are as follows:

ibojangles - Ubers
Theorymon - Ubers
Colonel M - OU, UU
Eo Ut Mortus - OU, UU
diinbong - OU, UU
Vader - Little Cup

Also, how are Project: Concise analyses treated by this system? And how exactly should the currently posted analyses be shared out?

Concise will be assigned as if they were in the forum of their respective metagames. That is, Concise Azumarill would be assigned as a UU analysis, while Scizor would be as an OU analysis.

As for currently posted analyses, I'm going to be spending Wednesday morning parsing through them and assigning the analyses as evenly as possible.
