on paper, flygon in ubers does not sound like a very powerful threat but it's faster than rayquazza and speed ties with palkia and salamence so it is more powerful then it appears to be...

<p>Paragraph 1 - Flygon's resistances and immunities give it plenty of opportunities to switch in and score some surprise kills. Earthquake and Outrage are your primary STAB options, you may wish to take into account that Flygons speed will be 448 with the Choice Scarf, outspeeding a-lot of Pokemon.</p>

<p>Paragraph 2 - Earthquake and Outrage have a very good coverage only resisted by Skarmory, Levitate Bronzong and Ubers Shedninja but you will have 6 Pokemon on your team so you will have 1 pokemon with at least 1 fire move</p>

as I said before, flygon in Ubers is not weak. it is immune to spikes and resists stealth rock, toxic spikes is rarely used in ubers
(I do not think it is ever used in ubers)

Flygon can use U-turn to revenge kill uber pokemon quite easily:
U-turn VS max SpA / max Speed darkrai: 71.2% - 84.0%
U-turn VS max SpA / max Speed mewtwo: 56.7% - 66.9%
U-turn VS max SpA / max Speed mew: 52.8% -62.8%
U-turn VS max SpA / max Speed deoxys-S: 83.0% - 97.9%</p>

<p>Team Options -
Flygon is a team player due to its resistances. Remember, when you're using Flygon your goal is to stay away from attempting to match Salamence.
Scizor can resist the ice and dragon attacks aimed at flygon and flygon can resist the fire attacks aimed at scizor.</p>

<p>Optional Changes -
stone edge is a powerful, optional attack to take down shaymin-s, lugia, ho-oh and ninjask. thunderpunch can do that already but stone edge is a lot stronger.
fire punch can hit scizor, skarmory, foretress and metagross and has good coverage with outrage and earthquake.
crunch can is slightly stronger then X-scissor and can lower the opponents defence.</p>

<p>Counters -
Porygon2 can come in on Earthquake by Tracing Levitate, and is not 2HKOed by an Outrage whereas it OHKOes back with Ice Beam.

groudon is immune to thunderpunch and has 140 base defence so flygons attacks will not do much damage:
U-turn VS max Atk / max Speed groudon: 15.5% - 18.4%
Outrage VS max Atk / max Speed groudon: 39.5% - 46.5%
Earthquake VS max Atk / max Speed groudon: 32.7% - 38.9%

then, groudon can counter with dragon claw which does 85.4% - 100.7% to flygon and can OHKO, flygon can not 2HKO groudon so it can switch in if it wants to and then attack.</p>

i doubt this is descriptive enough and uturn solely is definitely not good enough of a reason to use flygon in ubers (garchomp outclasses it in every other aspect). if u for some reason did use it, you should be running jolly.

so why did you think posting this before it got checked by a QC member was a good idea? Honestly, it just doesn't fit the standards at all. Some of the formatting is just plain wrong too.

Don't do this. Theorymon told me he was very unsure on Ubers Flygon and was leaning towards a "no". I also don't approve of Ubers Scarf Flygon at all.

Don't post the set before we've had a chance to QC it or not, especially since this is something risky like Flygon. You say yourself it is outclassed by Garchomp, so why is it getting an analysis? Jibaku summed up my other thoughts nicely.

The formatting is very wrong, I suggest you look at other analyses to see how to do it. There are also numerous spelling and grammar errors, to the point where it's doubtful as to whether you even proofread it yourself first.
