No. If you can't get it without ONLY Ruby and Sapphire, you can't use it.

Also we crossed 32 by far, but it'd suck to exclude so many people (we have 41 now, since I'm in as well). I'll leave it open for more sign-ups, I might do it with 48 anyway, then make the Finals a Round Robin.
