With recent metagame changes, LO starmie is now the most common set. The generic rapid Spinner Set is far less common. Latest server statistics (dec 2009??) I could find support this, with more Starmies running LO than lefties, and ~70% running max/max spA/speed.

Suggest moving Non Choice Attacker to the top slot.

Encore can be a great tool for helping Pokémon switch-in. For instance, Forretress can take advantage of Swampert locked onto Stealth Rock or Roserade locked onto Leaf Storm or Grass Knot and freely set-up entry hazards to impend the opponent's team.

It should be:

There are few item bans in the 200 metagame. Other than Liechi Berry, no pinch berries are obtainable, as Liechi Berry is found on Mirage Island, whereas the others come from Jirachi via Bonus Discs. Aside from this, there are no other bans that effect competitive play. For example, while Thick Club is only obtainable outside of Ruby and Sapphire, Marowak is banned as well, making no real difference to a competitive 200 play team.

I fixed the rest of the corrections above; however, I left the Articuno and Azumarill alone. Articuno is, I believe, correct with the comma there, and every Pokemon word in Azumarill's analysis needs an accent, so I'll leave that alone.

Well, it varies from person to person, but mostly you'll find it used without the comma. It obviously doesn't matter too much, though.

The main reason to give Tyranitar a Choice Scarf, however, is to absorb Trick. The majority of Pokémon who use Trick are Psychic- and Ghost-types weak to Pursuit. This means Tyranitar can switch in on a Trick no problem, and then Pursuit the helpless Pokémon as they flee. With the sandstorm Special Defense boost, Tyranitar can counter Latias, Azelf, and Choice Scarf Rotom-A with no problem at all. Tyrantar's convenient Speed allows it to out-pace ...

Gengar Pokemon like Latias have common counters, meaning that if one of them can at least weaken its counters, the other Pokemon can have a field day against the opponent's team.

:s doesn't make much sense does it? I think that it should be Pokemon like Gengar and Latias perhaps?

salamence's analysis has an annoying grammar mistake. it is my most hated mistake other than the word 'your' being used incorrectly

However, there is a dark side to Intimidate. Since Salamence doesn't have Air Lock, the weather can effect Salamence in negative ways.
