Pokemon Deserving an Evolution and Never Got One

Ever since a very young age I always had tremendous fun imagining what many pokemon would have looked like if they evolved. Of course, this all happened at a very young age, when it was just the original 150. However! Nowadays many wishes have been answered with the likes of:
-Magmortar
-Electivire
-Rhyperior
-Blissey
-Honchkrow
-Tangrowth
-Scizor
-Steelix,
To name a few.
BUT, seeing as there are so many fantastic artists amongst the Smogon community, I thought it would be interesting to start up a bit of a "what-if" scenario. What about all of those poor pokemon, so full of life and character, but completely lacking any potential that could so easily be bestowed upon them with the simple act of evolving them? (or at least pretending?) A few names spring to mind: Tauros, Pinsir, Miltank, Torkoal, Mr. Mime, Jynx, Sudowoodo, Delibird... The list goes on. Something must be done.
I would have started the ball rolling... I have a finished Farfetch'd evo sitting in front of me... but my hunk of trash printer is being stubborn and useless, so not tonight, dammit. But will be coming soon!
So until then, who feels like being first?

I could help you start this. I already have a concept for a Parasect evolution in mind, and I can probably think of some other evolutions for other pokemon.

I'll start sketching the Parasect evolution and post it when it's done. Can't wait to see your Farfetch'd evolution.

I was thinking Luvdisc but I guess 5th gen already has that, I've done a farfetch, mr. mime, starmi, and what's that yellow and blue bug thing? I can never remember his name off the top of my head, but his evo was named dussmiov. (like dust me off)
