It can breed with a Spinda that knows both the moves and get them(Spinda gets them from Smeargle).

If a Pokemon is disobedient in-game due to lack of gym badges, will it be disobedient when battling versus other (human) players?

I'm not sure about link battles, but I've used would-be disobedient Pokemon in Wi-Fi battles with absolutely no trouble in both Generation IV and Generation V games.

I will soon buy one of the new Pokemon versions black or white. I´m not sure which I should take, what do you recommend? Are there any sigificant differences? I´m rather interested in strong Pokemon or Pokemon with useful type combinations.

There's some fanmade stuff (try googling Redshark), but an official one is coming in April.

The 4th gen Pokémon games do not support it, but B/W do.

If I catch a level 50 Pokemon, and then EV train it fully, and in the process it levels up, and I bring that Pokemon into the battle tower, will it's stats go back to the way they were at level 50 with ought EV training, or will they go back to level 50 with an EV training bonus?

I have a hard time deciding on my special Emboar.
The two movesets:

Focus Blast
Fire Blast
Scald
Grass Knot

or

Superpower
Fire Blast
Scald
Grass Knot

If the second is better, what nature should it have? And despite the "double blast" I think I am leaning toward the second due to FB's pisspoor accuracy and the ability to kill Chansey, Blissey, Regice, and the like. Too bad egg moves can't be re-taught through heart scales...
