Server question

Just wanted to know for the pokemon laboratory how do you know if the server is up or down?

If you can connect, then the server is up. If you can't connect, the server is down.

Do they go down randomly? or are there set days/times for when they go down?

If the server is down, it likely indicates some technical problem that will be resolved as soon as possible. However, creating many threads and posts about the server being down does not help us resolve problems faster, so please don't do it.
