5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0 (Request in first post)

@Phallylapper Yes you should have roamer released checked if it really is released. You then click the Calculate PID button. A synchronizable nature PID means that if you have a pokemon with synchronize in the front of your party the pokemon you catch will have that nature. It's usually easier to use synchs instead of advancing more than you would have to. Whether or not a seed is synchable depends on the frame and whether or not the nature is in bolded typing. So all seeds have synchable and nonsynchable frames.

Also emboars is correct about the True/False thing.

No, if it's True, then you must do the advancements needed for that seed like normal. True just means it's possible to get a shiny starter.

Im assuming I use Gen 5 PIDRNG then set the Encounter Type to Gift Pokemon? The closest Shiny frame is 6235 :| So I dont think thats how you do it.

try wild pokemon and be sure to enter the id and sid of that id seed which say true for starter to the main window of rng reporter.i got a shiny frame like on 29

Ok I'm utterly confused...how the heck do you read the genders in RNG reporter? I'm sorry, but seeing 50%F, 12.5%F, 25%F, and 75%F all with M or F listed just doesn't make sense to me and I didn't see a write up on how to tell them apart, so if anyone can elaborate...standard abuse btw, trying to catch a specific gendered Pokemon for breeding purposes.

the percentage means gender ratio so for some pokemon like starters male gender ration is 87.5% and female is 12.5%.all those ratios in the rng reporter are female gender ratios.so for eg say you have a frame which says
50% M
12.5% F
25% M
75% F

then say you are going for a snivy which is female gender ration is 12.5% then see under 12.5% column.thats the gender you get.in this case its a female(F)

say you are using that frame for a lilipup which is female gender ratio is 50% .according to the example see under 50% column.its a male (M)

Hello,
I recently bought me a 3DS and the retail version of pokemon black (english). I found that rng reporter 9.93 now supports 3DS. I have a problem during the calibration phase; it won't find the parameters of the ivs I'm inputting if they are even close to exact IV's. (I have used pokecheck and have found iv's through metalkids iv calculator.) If I put the range of a low level pokemon it will give me parameters but when I put in the exact Iv's or even close to exact Iv's it won't give me any parameters.
The time I have been setting my 3DS to is Feb 8 2012 at 2_:26:25.
I sync my ds time to 2_:26 exactly with my computer clock and then hard reset pressing A on the game icon when the time is 2_:26:25 exactly. I put the 3DS down as soon as I hit A preventing myself from pushing any buttons til after the Gamefreak animations plays. After the animation is over I immediately mash A until it asks me if I want C-Gear on or off. I keep it off as most guides I read tell me so. When I get in game I immediately use my sweet scenter. I am low level so I am doing this process at Relic Castle where no npcs are and I have also tried wellspring cave 1F where no npcs are. I have followed every step I think can anyone help me with my problem.

Edit: I have my mac address entered right.

This is for the male sandile I have caught 3 times in a row(doing something right I think)
This is what I entered before I gave him a rarecandy and it gave parameters
HP: 15-19 Atk: 21-25 Def: 5-9 SPA: 31 SPD: 20-24 Speed: 0-4
This is what I entered after I gave him a rarecandy and it doesn't give me any parameters
Hp: 15-19 Atk: 23-25 Def: 5-6 SPA: 31 SPD: 20 Speed:0-3

I have other pokemon that does exactly the same. I even tried pokecheck without using any candies and it won't post any results when I put in perfect Iv's

Edit: The other pokemon I get parameters before the candies or pokecheck give completely different parameters.

what about the other details you filled .your time entered etc

I am only getting results when I type in the range when I first catch it. If I try to find exact Iv's or level them up to a certain level using rare candies it won't post any results.

I have for about 20 different pokemon... I know all the values except the timer0 are supposed to be the same and the timer0 is only supposed to be a number or letter different. I never get the same parameters and when I do the timer0 is completely off.
