5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0 (Request in first post) - Page 580

Can someone please help me, I am Entralink RNGing and I am hitting my target delay and I have verified it using the seed to time IV checker but I still have a big problem:

I will use this picture to explain my problem: Lets say for example I am constantly hitting my delay of 5029 but instead of getting the IVs of 31/31/31/24/31/31 I am instead getting 31/31/15/6/22/11. How do I get the IV spreads of 31/31/31/24/31/31? Do I have to change settings on the EON TIMER or something like that. Thanks for any help you all can give me.

Your target IVs are on a different frame. Sometimes the IV frame of Entralink pokemon varies. I'm not sure why but it does. If you know you are hitting your seed, pull up your seed in the main RNG Reporter window. In Method box, select Gen 5 IVs (C-Gear Seed) and check to see which frame gives you 31/31/15/6/22/11 IVs. And do advancements from there. :>

More likely it's because of the steps you have to take to get through the Entralink. I'm guessing you have four Pokémon in your party?

I'm trying to calibrate my White 2, and I'm at Route 20, and there is only my rival moving in the doubles grass. I still can't calibrate. Is there any special method to calibrating B/W2?

I dont know this is a silly question or not.but is there a shiny check on zekrom and reshiram in black 2 and white 2?

Hi, I just wanted to post some feedback on an error either with RNG reporter 9.95 Beta or 9.96 Alpha 15. I didn't really know where to go, so I thought posting here was my best shot.

I'm having a slight inconsistency with the two versions, of which I think is the Alpha's fault.

In this scenario it is BW International breeding without a ditto. You can clearly see that the frames in the Alpha are one ahead on everything.

Alpha on the left, beta on the right.

If this isn't the right place to post this, I'd appreciate the information be passed on to whomever requires it. Thanks =)

i think there is no reason for them to put a shiny block on kyurem.so i think kyurem can be shiny just like in BW

Actually 9.95 beta was off by one frame. That has been fixed in 9.96 alphas so now it matches the same results as PPRNG gives you. If you notice all the information is the same it's just off by one frame. The cause of this is that reporter used to always do the check for the species of Nidoran/Illumise/Volbeat breeding which the game only does while you're actually breeding with one of them.

Alright Slash, thanks for replying. =) I just wanted to make sure the Alpha didn't have a problem with it, as it's constantly being messed around with heavily coding-wise (at least I expect it to be). I'm glad it was a bug that was previously fixied!

It can't be shiny.
The latest alpha does not have proper Wondercard support but you should be able to do it anyway. It might just be off by 2 frames or something like that.

EDIT: Looks like it actually does support Wondercards perfectly. Go to somewhere like Nimbasa City where there's no NPCs and you can do it perfectly fine on the first try.

Same as BW1 - Reshiram and Zekrom can't be shiny, Kyurem can.

From what I've heard from people that have extracted the WC gender is not set.

It's been a while since I last Entralink RNGed, and I've lost my calibration values, so I'm trying to hit the desired IVs at the moment. I'm currently using -80 for Calibration and 356 for EL Calibration. However, I can't find the delay I'm hitting. I've expanding the search parameters (even to +/- 9999, +/-9 and Min 21/Max 40), yet still nothing is found. :/

I think there was a possibility, that you starting frame is 8. If that's not the case, just check your DS has the right date.
