Random Pokemon Tournament 3!~!

This tournament was run over two years ago by Hipmonlee, and since it was interesting I have decided to run it again.

There are 260 Fully Evolved Pokemon excluding ubers. In this tournament, seven will be randomly assigned to each participant at the beginning of each round, and these will be the only Pokemon the participants may use for that round.

- In the event someone gets two or more Deoxys, Rotom, Giratina, or Shaymin forms, only one will be chosen and the others replaced with a new random Pokemon.
- Any moves, IVs, EVs, items, natures, and genders can be used, just as long as you only use the Pokemon you're allowed to use.

I saw Symphonyx64 online twice since this round was posted, and he's been unable to battle both times, first time saying he had to go, and the 2nd time him online but not even responding.

EDIT: Symphony responded, I lost no shock there since the teams were obviously uneven, but fun game anyway.

I used Choice Spec Lucario reason being is that I noticed his team was weak on the Special defensive side and he had a bunch of Pokemon weak to fighting so that's why I chose that set. The reason I didn't use Swords dance is that I knew I couldn't pull off a clean sweep even if I had a free turn to Swords Dance because of Raikou, I knew he would use Raikou because my team was easily weak to Calm Mind Raikou. The set Symphony used was Conservative booster which meant no way Extreme speed could OHKO it would've done 82.8% - 97.6% if I had +2 Attack, and no use of saying Stealth Rock because none of my Pokemon could learn SR.

So yeah.
