Piplup, if you aren't near the pool, go to it. That thing isn't really a starfish, it cant swim. After that give it a yawn then ice beam.

If you are near the pool to start, yawn to kick things off. After that fire two ice beams at it.

Go to pool/Yawn~Yawn/Ice beam~Ice Beam

Ok Starfish Lets start off strong. I want you to Protect so that yawn does not affect you. Then you should make two(2) copies of yourself using Double Team, and while Piplup is guessing finish with a powerful Whirlwind to blow him away from the water.

Protect, Double Team, Whirlwind.
