Alright, Shuriken, it is time to break the laws of physics.
I want you to use Rapid Spin inside the pool to create a huge column/vortex of water. Then, thrust your body forward towards Ralts (keep on using Rapid Spin!), which should cause the spinning column of water to move along with you. The spinning water should easily deflect Magical Leaf, so only Thunderbolt will be a problem. To avoid it, you can either move the column of water left or right, or move yourself up or down inside the vortex. Keep on moving (and spinning!) until the column of water is right behind Ralts, and use Surf to flood Ralts out of the West Room. |

Staryu [Shuriken] (Genderless)
Nature: Timid HP: 42 Energy: 37% Atk: * (-1) Def: ** SpA: *** SpD: ** Spe: 98 (85 * 1.15^) Boosts: None Status: None Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female) Hp: 73 Energy: 67% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: +1 Special Attack, +1 Special Defense Staryu starts by going underwater, and starts to spin up a column of water. While creating the pillar, Ralts teleports away from its icy shackles. Staryu continues to spin up the water, and does so until he leaves the pool, and later the east room. While Staryu is spinning the water, Ralts uses this time to focus again, raising its stats. As Staryu gets closer and closer, Ralts lets loose a thunderbolt at the last second to severely shock Staryu. Determined to flush out Ralts, Staryu stops spinning and begins Surfing all over ralts, forcing it out into the center room and damaging it. Both pokemon are now further injured, and another round will probably decide this match-up. Staryu [Shuriken] (Genderless) Nature: Timid HP: 24 Energy: 25% Atk: * (-1) Def: ** SpA: *** SpD: ** Spe: 98 (85 * 1.15^) Boosts: None Status: None Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female) Hp: 63 Energy: 45% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: +1 Special Attack, +1 Special Defense Pokemon are 10 feet apart in the center room, with Ralts directly in the center, and Staryu about 10 feet from the West Room. Limewire, you are up. |

Goddamn. Shuriken looks exhausted. Anyways, we're not going down without a fight! Using Bubblebeam three times should be enough to weaken it so my last mon can finish the job.
If, at anytime, Ralts uses Magical Leaf, use Rapid Spin to knock them away. If Ralts uses Thunderbolt, fire off your own Thunderbolt to cancel out both attacks. (Also, what happens when a Pokemon's energy reaches 0%? Does it faint?) |

Well, Dreamer, you're virtually useless to me once his Magnemite comes out anyways, so let's just take some damage and energy stall to death. Thunderbolt him to force a Thunderbolt in reply. The third time, Magical Leaf should be enough to eliminate his PP and end the match. After that, we'll just have to avoid death against his next Pokemon for a while before my own last can finish him off.

Staryu [Shuriken] (Genderless)
Nature: Timid HP: 24 Energy: 25% Atk: * (-1) Def: ** SpA: *** SpD: ** Spe: 98 (85 * 1.15^) Boosts: None Status: None Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female) Hp: 63 Energy: 45% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: +1 Special Attack, +1 Special Defense With a sudden surge of energy, Staryu fires off a strong bubble beam, hitting ralts for decent damage. Ralts is taken aback by the sudden speed, and decides to finish things with a quick thunderbolt. Unable to react to Ralts's superior mental speed, Staryu gets hits head on by the lightning. Ralts is enjoying its success, and prepares a final thunderbolt. Staryu, however, was alerted by the speed of the rag doll, and attempts to meet thunder with thunder. Both attacks hit in the center, by the slightly more prepared Ralts gets through first, KOing Staryu. However, it also gets hit by a little bit of the stray electricity. Prepared for its next foe, Ralts starts to formulate a new battle plan. Staryu-KO'ed Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female) Hp: 50 Energy: 29% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: None Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless) HP: 80 Energy: 100% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) Both pokemon will start in the center 10 feet apart. Remember that the room is covered in an inch thick sheet of ice. Limewire, you are sending out your Magnemite (as it is your only pokemon left), and Rediamond can start right away with his actions. Well, let's try and do something before my trump card can come out. Damage it with your mind.

Use Volt Change to dodge the Psychic (and try to damage Ralts as well, although the attack may be more weak given the distance), Thunderbolt it as it hits you with Confusion, and Volt Change one more time to dodge the last attack (once again, try your best to damage Ralts as well).

Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female)
Hp: 50 Energy: 29% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: None Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless) HP: 80 Energy: 100% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) Magnemite, fresh from its pokeball, starts off by charging Ralts with a Volt Change, hitting it for some good damage. Ralts responds with a psychic, where Ralts picks up magnemite and throws it away from itself. It then tries to confuse it with its psychic powers, but magnemite weathers the hit and gives Ralts its best thunderbolt, pushing it back against the wall. As Magnemite rushes in to smack Ralts with another Volt Change, it responds with a final psychic. Both pokemon exchange blows, and ready themselves for the next actions. Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female) Hp: 8 Energy: 15% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: None Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless) HP: 58 Energy: 86% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) The pokemon are 10 feet apart, and Limewire is up next. |

Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female)
Hp: 8 Energy: 15% Atk: *(-1) Def: * SpAtk: ***(+) SpDef: ** Spe: 40 Status: None Boosts: None Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless) HP: 58 Energy: 86% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) Ralts, using the last bit of its strength (and coincidentally every last bit, as destiny bond costs 15 energy), links its soul with that of magnemite. In the face of the coming thunderbolt, Magnemite scores a KO, but at the cost of 30% of its total health. This battle is coming to a close really quick, and you can't help but wonder who will be victorious. Ralts* [Dreamer] (Female)= KO'ed Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless) HP: 34 Energy: 80% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) Vulpix(*) [Sunshine] (Female) Stats: Hp: 90 Energy: 100% Att: *(-) Def: ** SpAtt: ***(+) SpDef: *** Spe: 65 Vulpix comes out next, and both Pokemon are in the center room, 10 feet apart. But beofre if ref again, I want to say that this has been a great battle, and fantastic job to both of you! Thanks for letting me ref, and finish strong! Rediamond, go. |

Flamethrower~Flame Burst~Flamethrower
If he tries anything, we can do something creative next round, as he can't possibly kill us this round with anything short of an explosion. If he does that... RUN AWAY!!! (Flee a Self-destruct/Explosion... if it even has it)

Magnemite [Thundah] (Genderless)
HP: 34 Energy: 80% Atk: ** Def: *** SpA: **** (+1) SpD: ** Spe: 39 (45 * 1.15) Vulpix(*) [Sunshine] (Female) Stats: Hp: 90 Energy: 100% Att: *(-) Def: ** SpAtt: ***(+) SpDef: *** Spe: 65 In the climatic close, Vulpix starts the round with a flamethrower, melting Magnemite enough to score a critical hit! However, magnemite tries to go for its last possible hope, by confusing the fire fox. Luckily, supersonic hits, giving it a glimmer of hope. However, a flame burst quickly puts an end to Magnemite, sealing the win for Rediamond. After a long battle, magnemite finally faints. It was a great battle though, one that everyone will remember for a long time. END of MATCH Vulpix(*) [Sunshine] (Female) Stats: Hp: 90 Energy: 100% Att: *(-) Def: ** SpAtt: ***(+) SpDef: *** Spe: 65 Magnemite= KO Now for the time that everyone has been waiting for: rewards!!! I, Kaxtar, receive 3 Ref Tokens. Rediamond, the winner, receives 2 trainer counters, 1 evolution counter on each pokemon, 1 dream counter for each pokemon, and 1 Move counter for each. Also, each of his pokemon gets a KO bonus, to be applied wherever they wish. Limewire receives 2 trainer counters, 1 evolution counter on each pokemon, 1 dream counter for each pokemon, and 1 Move counter for each. Also, his Magnemite and Staryu get a KO bonus. Great battle guys, and awesome arena Rediamond. I'll be sure to use it in the future. Thanks for letting me ref, it's been a blast. Congrats both!!! |
