Why does there need to be rain ?

It all started when one day, I decided to make a Rain Dance team....
The team wasn't doing so well because it was to dependent on the rain. If a T'Tar came in, it stopped EVERYTHING. I decided to try again, creating a less weather dependent team, and this is what I got!

(lol@Azelf's face!....wut?)
Azelf @ Focus Sash Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Punch
- Explosion
- Taunt
Comments: Not to much to say here... Set up rocks, explode!

Politoed (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 196 SAtk / 60 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Rest
- Perish Song
- Hypnosis
- Psychic
Comments: In comes the rain monster! This thing should come right out after Azelf explodes to establish the weather. A Politoed like this is meant to be a tank! Perish Song is a delayed phazing move which can be useful for spreading Hypnosis and getting good damage on. Politoed can also absorb statuses or heal with a RestLum combo.

Tsunbeaa (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Icicle Drop
- Claw Sharpen
- Brick Break
- Stone Edge
Comments: Simply a good sweeper with Swift Swim boost!

Comments: A much needed Special Attacker on this team of mostly Physicals. Nasty Plot allows this thing to easily sweep, and STAB Air Slash with boosted flinch rate is nothing to joke about.

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 44 HP / 212 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Ice Fang
- X-Scissor
Comments:A great last addition to my team it keeps Dragons from sweeping if Tsunbeaa is dead, and can even sweep itself. Swords Dance boosts its already sky-high attack stat to new levels. This thing is a BEAST!

Any comments would be GREATLY appreciated, as this is my first RMT in which I am not rating, you are!

Drizzle and Swift Swim are currently illegal on the same team together. From a glance it looks like your team gains almost nothing from rain, so I'd ditch it entirely for this team. If you keep it, use better Swift Swimmers than the polar bear (and obviously not Politoed). Also, I'd make your descriptions longer else this will probably be locked.
