Alright, throwin' down a challenge:

3v3 Singles
DQ - 3 Days
Recovery - 2 Recovers/4 Chills per Pokemon

Arena - Realgam Tower Stadium

Same as it appears in Pokemon XD/Colosseum. This arena provides ample space for battles of any magnitude. The ground is made of a supple clay, allowing for the use of Dig. The Colosseum is also open to the air, so weather moves are permitted. The trainers are playing for a crowd, and rowdy audience members could very well throw things to distract the Pokemon/their trainers.

ill give ya a go Ducklett

Cool stage, and I'll ensure you that the audience will be annoying, so let's get the show on the road!

Before sending out his Pokemon, Duck tries to rile up the crowd. He flexes his scrawny arms, and flashes a toothy goonish grin while waving at the spectators. Then, from the stands:

"Get on with it, asshole!"

Deflating a little bit, Duck reaches for the first Pokeball on his belt.

"C'mon out Greebo, it's showtime!"

lets roll Shadow

Nohface [Shadow] (M)

O.k Shadow we are going to be reckless and start off with a Curse. Once successful blast off a Feather Dance and then Taunt to finish up.

Curse~FeatherDance~Taunt

Yikes, it looks like we're gonna need to play a little catch-up from the get-go; Use your Dragon Dance twice to negate the attack drop on Shadow's Featherdance -- then, smack him with a Faint Attack!

---------------------------------------------------------

Welcome everyone to a new beginning of Pokemon! We're here today to witness two trainer's matches, which was delayed yesterday due to heavy snowfall. However, now that it's cleared, we can now use the Realgam Tower Stadium to stage what will be (or hope to be) an exciting match!

Ducklett sends out a pretty wacky fighter by the names of Greebo, while the other trainer, who appears to be a sneaky ninja, unleashes a ghostly Shadow. Solid match-up at first glance, with a little favor leaning toward... I can't figure this out.

It seems the Pokemon are a bit hasty as Greebo starts the match with a Dragon Dance. Really impatient, that pants lizard. You're really not getting anywhere if you just dance! Shadow, being the shadow he is, lunges across the arena and lies a haunting Curse upon our little fighter at the cost of half his life. Greebo is immediately affected by the Curse and gets attacked as if some powerful forced just smacked him right on the face!

Looks like no chilling Curse can affect Greebo's style, as he just keeps on dancing the Dragon Dance like a unaware maniac. Shadow laughs along the foregrounds and does his own dance... the FeatherDance! Greebo lowers in self-defense, but too bad for him, the feathers have got the best out of him as he slouches onto the ground. Oof! Greebo's Curse just made him trip on the clay!

Now in a desperate situation, Greebo knows it's time to make his attack. He sneaks along the clay around Shadow and launches a surprise Faint Attack from the behind. Shadow immediately squirms, but he's not done yet. As a consequence of the attack, he Taunts Greebo with your momma jokes, the most obvious one being that your momma so fat she wears pants all day she wets herself. OOH! What an insult! Will Greebo take that? Greebo thinks about it, but as he does, the Curse grabs his tail and drags him right back to his starting location in a rough way. Ow! Looks like it's been a really hard day for our little Greebo!

Before the round concludes, someone within the audience from the top side throws an "Oran Berry" at the center of the stage. Ohhh, but is it really an Oran Berry? Let's find out next round!

damage
Faint Attack > 6 + 3 = 9 + (4-3 x 1.5) = 10.5 = 11

Curse (Ghost): The Pokemon draws upon an ancient evil, sacrificing 1/2 of its maximum HP to cast a wicked curse on the opponent. While Cursed, the opponent will suffer 5 damage per action that ignores any damage caps, Chills will be half as effective for the target, and if sleep is inflicted or Rest is attempted, the opponent will have restless sleep and gain half its normal health during Rest. Nightmare will also be more effective on an opponent in a Cursed, sleeping state. Curse cannot be used unless the Pokemon is above 1/2 of their maximum HP.
Attack Power: -- | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 27| Effect Chance: --

Featherdance: The Pokémon shoots a slew of feathers at the opponent, causing them to become tired, and their attack to drop two stages (2) for two rounds.

Dragon Dance: The Pokemon performs a fighting dance to simulate its muscles, raising its Attack and Speed by one (1) stage.

Taunt: The Pokemon taunts and sneers at the opponent, enraging the opponent and making them only capable of using attacking moves for the following 6 (six) actions.

Duck's turn!

"Are you gonna take that, Greeb!? That little goon taunted you!" Duck shouted, possibly more incensed than his own Pokemon, "Show him what for, bud! Start off with another Faint Attack to get in nice and close; then, hit him with a Thunder Punch, wham! Maybe you can score a lucky bit of Paralysis. Finish off with some Payback; your mom is a wonderful lady, are you gonna let him talk about her like that!?"

Faint Attack - ThunderPunch - Payback

---------------------------------------------------------

Alright guys, we're back from the commercial break for another round of Duck vs Ninja!

Greebo is eager to step on the offensive and slowly fades away into the darkness around Shadow and strikes with a sneaky Faint Attack. A mighty impact of shadows and broken steel erupts from the strike, indicating a critical hit! Shadow backs off in nasty recoil, but he's able to pull off a feathery dance that puts Greebo into a sneezing condition right when the attack occurred. Greebo then harshly barfs out some unknown acid due to Curse! Nasty!

On his next action, Greebo decides to try out a ThunderPunch in hopes of paralyzing Shadow. He rushes in and fires off an electrical punch that leaves Shadow dazed in knockback, but somehow did he FeatherDance againand polluted Greebo's air. Uncomfortable! It's so uncomfortable that Greebo slips and falls on his own barf. Ewww! No, it was more like a "air push" from something shadowy...

Tired and diluted from all the FeatherDances, Greebo attempts a violent Payback on the ghostly Shadow. It strikes like a mother slapping her naughty child, but Shadow comes right on back with a vengeful Meteor Mash that sparks twinkling stars on contact. Dazed, Greebo falls back to reconsider his next actions. On doing so, he trips on a "rock" and falls on his back. BUMP! There wasn't even anything there though. Surely looks like Shadow will be falling next round!

On the background, one little audience seems emotionally distressed and throws a PokeBall at the center of the stadium. Out comes an interesting fellow - a shady Duskull, which eats the Oran Berry plucked at the center, a poisoned berry. Duskull doesn't seem to mind it too much though. During next round, Duskull will spectate both contenders and Disable the move used from both Pokemon on the second action with 100% certainty. You can use moves to stop Duskull, but is it worth it? Afterward, Duskull will be returned to its trainer's PokeBall. Beware battlers!

Disable: The Pokemon focuses on the memory of the one of the foe's last three (3) actions, and uses telepathic powers to erase the memory of that attack from the opponent. The opponent is unable to use the selected attack for six (6) actions. If the Pokemon was ordered to use the locked attack in the same round it is Disabled, the move will fail.

little nick pick but shouldn't Greebo have -4 Attack?

Also we are going out with a bang Shadow. I want you to Dig under the ground as fast as you can (hide for an action). Then pop out of the ground and Will-o-wisp. (I don't think I get an extra action but if I do then im using Meteor Mash

Fuck off, Duskull! Ah, whatever -- pay attention, Greeb! Before he can disappear underground, smack Shadow with a Faint Attack! While he's burrowing, take some time to shake off that feather crap and do a Dragon Dance! Don't worry about that Duskull, just be cool -- finish off with another Faint Attack, and remind me to teach you a Dark type move that packs a bit more of a punch!

Faint Attack - Dragon Dance - Faint Attack

---------------------------------------------------------

Here's an interesting round. Someone's Duskull is lingering around the shadows, with the thought of annoying the competing Pokemon. How will our contestants deal with this new-found threat?

As Shadow begins preparations for digging upon the earth, Greebo sneakily comes abound and strikes him with a surprise Faint Attack. Hurt and annoyed, Shadow finally proceeds to Dig within to earth and hide for what it would seem to be an eternity. Oh the stalling! - Curse hurts Greebo.

Seeing as there's nothing to do, Greebo might as well try out a victory Dragon Dance. But then he remembers - he's still remembering the haunting Taunt that Shadow has laid upon him. The taunt lingers on and on... he just couldn't dance! Right below, Shadow is being the shadow he is and keeps himself settled below the earth in exile - an extended Dig. Duskull passes by and attempts to Disable both, but one Pokemon hasn't made a move while the other doesn't "exist"! A huge sigh echos from the hollows of Duskull as it passes by. These trainers are just too smart... - Curse hurts Greebo again.

Greebo becomes anxious in wait of the scaredy-cat Shadow and prepares for a foreseen assault. From behind, Shadow pops right out and fires off a wispy Will-O-Wisp at Greebo. Using his senses, Greebo immediately turns around and Faint Attacks wildly, but the hit wasn't as precise as it should have been and only hits a small bit of the fleeing Shadow's tail as he suffers from the blurry burn. At least it always hits! - Hey guess what, Curse hurts Greebo ONCE AGAIN!

Duskull is returned from the mysterious trainer's PokeBall as he makes a huge, annoying sigh, just like the Duskull. Perhaps he's plotting something else for the future, but as of now, he backs down and sits. Another person from the audience seats has a pretty mischievous scheme in his smile, but does not take action at this point of time. Hmmmm...

Sheesh bud, you're getting abused by all of these status effects... but your opponent looks like he's on his last legs... er-- stomach... or something. Anyway, finish him off with your strongest Faint Attack! If for some reason that doesn't KO him, use a Thunder Punch to conserve energy. And if that doesn't work, I'm disowning you. But use a final Faint Attack first.

I was kidding about the disowning thing, I love you Greebo.

This round looks like to be the last breath of one shady figure, as well as being one of the shorter rounds! Let's see what his last will is...

As Shadow looks like he's just about to collapse in breath, he sneaks into the shadows leading toward Scraggy and pokes him with his head. Huh? Greebo's just as confused as what in the world just happened, but he just spins around and Faint Attacks at the direction of the attack. Double huh? Something just fell from the shadow... a fainted Shadow himself! Oo. Shadow you did an amazing job. Well done!

o.k Lee lets do this!

Riolu, Lee (M)
Nature: Mild (+ Special Attack -Defence)

O.k Lee I want you to use Vaccum Wave to dodge his next attack. I don't care if you don't do damage just dodge the first strike. O.k then I want you to follow up with powerful Drain Punch to knock it out. If its still alive then finish it off with a Quick Attack.

If for whatever reason it Dragon Dances in the first action then switch your first turn actions (ie Drain Punch first then Vacuum Wave second). Also if it faints on a first or second action then just Chill out the remaining turns.

Vacuum Wave~Drain Punch~Quick Attack

Sub
if Dragon Dance then Drain Punch first and then Vacuum Wave twice for the KO

"Hang in there Greeb! Let's try to get some toxins into Lee's system -- start out with a Poison Jab! Follow that up with a Brick Break, and if you're still standing, finish with a Thunder Punch! Let's wrack up some damage, little dude!"

---------------------------------------------------------

A suspicious aura erupts upon the emergence of ginganinja's Poke Ball... Lee the Riolu! Greebo feebly glares down at the new challenger, but can he scratch him?

The round starts with an agile Lee jumping around in preparations for... what? Greebo doesn't really care as he's burning to beat him down. He rushes in with his blazing desire and aims a lethal Poison Jab at Lee, but at a split of a second, Lee's gone! Ah, he must have shot a punch at the sound of a bullet to dodge the attack. Evasive matters, heh. As a result of the reckless Poison Jab, Greebo's flame increased and is rampaging all over his head. Even the Curse felt like improving the burn with a smack on the face. Ooof!

As Lee circles around from the Bullet Punch, he runs back to Greebo and jumps right onto his face for a deadly Drain Punch. SMACK! Greebo aches in pain of the punch and falls to the ground, but does not get up. Greebo closes his eyes and sleeps as a result of the deadly everlasting burn and haunting curse that he was suffering from. At long last Greebo can see his peace!

On the mischievous background, two mischievous men seem to have mischievously plotted a mischievously mischievous plan. With a smile, they send out two incredibly shady Pokemon - Houndoom and Absol - to the center of the arena. During the next round, both Pokemon will lay down an evil Torment upon both competing Pokemon at first action that cannot be dodged (even with Protect, priority moves, you name it). Houndoom and Absol will be returned to their Poke Balls after the round ends. This implies that they may still make a move on the second and third actions (1 out of 3 moves excluding Torment, both will make a move at a 50% chance during actions 2 and 3)! These moves can be dodged, however. These darkies can be attacked, but I wouldn't waste an second trying to attack one of these bad guys! Now that's evil! Plan well our beloved battlers!

Torment: The Pokemon imbues dark energy into a taunt, preventing the opponent from using the same move twice in a row for six (6) actions.

"Greebo! Aw, take a knee, buddy -- ya did good."

Duck reaches for his belt and draws his next Pokeball. After giving it a kiss for good luck, he throws it into the ring.

Bagon(*) Bellamy (M)

"Alright Bellamy, make us proud -- hey, what the hell!? C'mon ref, is this a Pokemon battle or a circus!?" Duck begins to flail his arms at the dark Pokemon like an indignant child. After wearing himself out a bit however, he kneels next to his Bagon. "Alright bud; start off with a Dragon Dance -- beef yourself up. Follow up with a Dragon Claw, and finish with a Fire Fang -- maybe we can cripple him with a burn."

o.k Lee lets do this.

Start this battle off with a powerful Screech to give a pseudo boost to your attacks. Follow up with a powerful Force Palm to aim for paralysis. Then Lee, I want you to match his Fire Fang head on with a Blaze Kick, hopefully the two attacks will cancel each other out.

Hehe, thanks! I'll try to make the major ones occur at least once every single time there's a new face against a new face. I'll tell both of you guys, though, that something fun will be happening around the end of the match (when, if, there's both of you have your last Pokemon up)!

Welcome one, welcome all to the next round of the evil cir - err, I mean Realgam Tower Stadium! We sure seem to have a rowdy, impatient, and, most of all, EVIL audience aboard! Maybe we should kick them out?

ginganinja sends out one of the billion draconic dragons of the world - Bellamy the Bagon! However, two shady gentlemen release at the same time what toxic horrors upon what was once a standard, just plain generic NORMAL battle and made it into a complete mess (or will be)! Out comes a tough pack of Absol and Houndoom, and immediately, they gaze a Tormenting sharp glaze upon our two contestants and walk clear out of their paths. What the hell? Officer Jenny? YOU SEE THIS?

It seems Bellamy and Lee just wanna get the battle started despite the distractions. Lee immediately sends down the shivers of Bellamy with a piercing, megaphone LOUD SCREECH. Jesus, that hurt like an atomic bomb! Bellamy attempts to compensate for his mild hearing loss by just dragon dancin', as if he were at the ball. Sorry man, but I don't see a female dragon group mon anywhere.

Due to the energetic boost from his recent dragon dancin', Bellamy moves first into combat toward the oh so "slow" Lee and swipes a dangerous Dragon Claw to the face. Blood swipes are clear, but Lee responds right back with a Force Palm full of ki to his face! This blow blasts Bellamy dangerously close to the watching Houndoom, but he didn't manage to touch it. Whew, that was too close! It seems like Houndoom and Absol weren't motivated to do anything this action!

Bellamy and Lee keep the live bout going as if they know no fear of the neighboring darkness. This time, however, it seems as if they're going to attack at the same time, with the same force, with the same "type" of attack! Bellamy's fangs blaze into fire, ripe and ready for ripping, while Lee turns on the blazing heater in his leg for preparations of a kick, though I'm not sure how both Pokemon are surviving with these flames burning on them. As they swing around, Bellamy's fangs lock onto Lee's leg, "flinching" him into submission and burning the leg even more to fried crisp. HOWEVER! Inner Focus saves Lee from the flinch and Steadfast boosts Lee's grips into a steady position, allowing him to strike with a mighty Blaze Kick to the fangs! Lee falls with Bellamy upon the floor, but both competitors quickly get up because they're not homo and step away back to their positions upon first release. Engaged upon the intense fighting expanded by our little two battlers, Houndoom and Absol leap into the fray and taunt both of them with a swaggering (Slight Confusion), nasty, cruel face. Looks like at the end of this action, both competitors are left scrambled in a mad, almost demonlike way, while Houndoom and Absol are returned to the mysterious trainers's Poke Balls, who the owners just laugh in plight of what happened and walk out of the stadium. Blasphemy! What they just did WAS really really really really bad! And they seriously need to get caught for this! Are you guys okay???? and it looks like Lee is toasting out there... sadly

As usual, the usual crowd resumes their usual rowdiness with their usual insults and... usual bacon. Maybe they're... okay, probably not. But I'm sure they're not important as I don't see anything being evilly planned!

Dragon Dance > (6 energy due to STAB)

Fire Fang > 7 + (4-1 x 1.5) + (1-0 x 1.5) = 13 (5 energy)

Blaze Kick > 9 + (3-3 x 1.5) + (2-0 x 1.5) = 12 x .67 = 8.04 = 8 + 2 (you know, logically speaking, i think a burning blazing kick would add in that 2 for damage! but lee will still take 2 damage) = 10 (7 energy)

Yes, the burn AND flinch occurred as a result of our dear favorite RNG generator, so I wasn't sure how I were to just simply cancel them out, but I tried my best to be fair there. It was too much of an interesting event to just "cancel them out"!

Anyway, ginganinja's turn!

ugh damn hax.

Lee just hang in there.

I want you to blast off a Force Palm to aim for Paralysis. Follow up with a Focus Blast to hammer that Bagon and then Vacuum Wave to finish this this round.

Let's go all out this round -- finish up with another Dragon Claw! I know that asshole Houndoom confused you, but do your best to stay sharp!"

---------------------------------------------------------

This arena is cool.

Anyway, with the lack of distractions, let's get the show on the road! Looks like Lee and Bellamy and ready to riiiiiiiiiiip! But but but, as both of them try to make a single move, they attack their heads with their own hands in confusion, one with a deadly Force Palm and one with a sharp claw of dragon! I have no idea how you would mistake your own head for a target, but apparently Pokemon do! It's a sad day for Lee, though, as he bends down in hurt of the burn.

Thankfully, the Pokemon look keenly aware next action as in what to do. Bellamy sure thinks he knows what to do as he charges straight up against a focusing Lee, who unleashes a dangerous blast of energy at his face, blowing him up and away from Lee. This resulted in lowering Bellamy's own special awareness and thus leaving him a bit more defenseless against special attacks - a Special Defense drop! Except, as Bellamy was blown up "away", it was straight back at the western stadium's walls, in which Bellamy decides to bounce off of despite being hurt and retaliate with a meteor-like Headbutt upon the watching Lee, who is dropped right before his eyes. The flames of Lee grow brighter than ever...

Both Pokemon aren't ready to conclude this round, however, as Lee swings a swift sounding Vacuum Wave to knock Bellamy off him. Bellamy isn't about to just let Lee untouched! This time, Bellamy decides to take his claws of dragon to the forefront. He jumps like the dragon he is upon the royal fighter and slashes him with a single swipe of bloody goodness. Lee steps back in recoil and danger, but as for now, he awaits his trainer's next orders, as does Bellamy. While Lee does that, he aches in pain from the vicious burn on his leg.

A shout arises from the front crowd: "LOOKS LIKE YOU NEED SOME BURN HEAL" but it looks like he doesn't have any Burn Heal himself. However, he throws a helpful looking Rawst Berry within the center of the arena. Hey, just right in the nick of time! Will Lee get it or will Bellamy prevent this from happening? Or is it even worth getting? We shall see!

Torment and Confusion have ended! Duck's turn!

Seeing the Rawst Berry bounce onto the arena floor, Duck decides to raise both his arms at the crowd in a rousing middle-finger salute.

"SUCK ON THAT! -- anyway Bellamy, let's make sure Lee doesn't get to that Rawst berry -- but don't grab it yourself! Knowing these assholes, it could be a trap. Fire some Embers at it to burn it to cinders! After that, give him a double dose of your Dragon Claw! Let's see if we can finish it in this round!"

O.k Lee this one is on us.

While he wastes Embers on burning that Berry go all out and Focus Blast him with max Power!
You are faster so you should be able to get a second Focus Blast in before he attacks you. Finish up with a Vacuum Wave
