RBY Team Tournament (Round 3)

Rules:

Sleep Clause.
Self-KO Clause.
Freeze Clause.
Battle Timeout.
No Stadium Mode, Level Balance or Challenge Cup.
No GSC Tradebacks.
Repetitive Pokemon (Species Clause) is not allowed
Evasion moves (Double Team, Minimize) are banned, exception being if an evasion move is selected via Metronome.
OHKO moves (Horn Drill, Fissure, and Guillotine) are banned, exception being if an OHKO move is selected via Metronome.
Other specifications, such as Applying PP Ups and Show Enemy HP may be used if both parties consent to it.
Mew and Mewtwo are banned.
Randomized teams of 3 will be made resulting in 16 teams. These teams will battle each other in Double Elimination format.
