ok i said to pick the one you thought would be a better matchup for his poke depending on it's stage in evolution, (i don't want any super-unfair matchups) I feel as though Ting might kill him to much though, besides this is a one on one battle, how can I have two pokemon?

oh well looks like I'm going to go with Ting

Crux

Banned deucer.
Let's do this SteelKnight. Start off by Swords Dancing to increase your already incredible offense. We are at a disadvantage here, so let's Torment his Pokemon so he cant hit us with too many super-effective moves. Finally let's attack with a strong Brick Break!

Alright Ting,

We're slower but more powerful and with a variety of different moves, plus we can maneuver more easily and not slip since you're accustomed to the mud

Start off with a Double Team (3 clones) while he Sword Dances, that way he won't be able to hit you, it's to early for a x4 effective Superpower so start with a STAB Dig for some good damage and to dodge the Brick Break, followed up with a Eathquake to get in a lot of damage.

If the dodging the Brick Break means dig needs to go on the third action, then switch Earthquake and Dig around

Steampowered has sent in Ting the Marshtomp, and Crux sent in his SteelKnight the Pawniard. SteelKnight starts this match with a Swords Dance, boosting his attack. Ting also starts by boosting himself, by moving around very quickly and making 3 clones. SteelKnight is afraid of Ting spamming something soon, so he Tormented Ting. Ting and his clones Dug underground, and came by up smashing SteelKnight. SteelKnight seems to finally be going on the offensive, using Brick Break. But SteelKnight seems to have hit the wrong Ting, making that clone dissipate. In the middle of SteelKnight realizing what just happened, there was an Earthquake under his feet! Let's take a look at how the Pokemon are doing.

Use Faint Attack to avoid his Dig, hitting him as he surfaces! Then Sucker Punch as he SuperPowers! Finish with a Headbutt!

Boost/Drops:

SteelKnight is a little bit down from a bad first round, but maybe he can make it up this round. He starts by fading into the shadows as Ting Digs into the ground. Ting pops up, wondering where SteelKnight went -- then suddenly SteelKnight comes back with a Faint Attack! Angry, Ting starts charging at SteelKnight with Super Power, and right before there is contact, SteelKnight Suckerpunches Ting. SteelKnight charges back at Ting, Headbutting him! Ting was so surprised and frightened by this Headbutt that he flinched!

looking at the calculations, i realized that Pawniard is x4 waek to fighting moves meaning that it should be multiplied by 2.25 rather than 1.5

This round sure seems like it will be the last, considering how weak SteelKnight is at this point. SteelKnight still manages to Headbutt Ting. Ting triggers an Earthquake, which made SteelKnight fall over! It doesn't seem to be getting up! It looks like the match is over, Steampowered wins!
