You kind of have a Suicune weak...and I really dont like how easily skarmory can set up spikes, and if they have a Suicune and Skarm, it'll make you cry...maybe an umm...rapid spinning Tentacruel...that's about the best you can do if you want to keep almost all your borderline/uu pokes...

Starting out with Solrock may not be the best choice since Zapdos and Jolteon openers...I'll start out with Venusaur. Sure, there is Salamence, but it's not too hard switching into Salamence with Walrein and Swampert. Bold on Walrein atleast...Sassy Swampert is eh? already x_x

Suicune weak...I'll remove Solrock for Zapdos, Jolteon, Snorlax, etc.
