Welcome to this brand new Metagame.
This Metagame changes one very simple thing. It exchanges the highest and lowest Base Stats of a certain Pokemon. This causes many Pokemon to fulfill different niches and allows a lot of fun testing what are good new threats and what has been nerved to mediocrity.

If a Pokemon has more than one Stat as their highest/lowest, both will be swapped. Pokemon with Mega's will work like all other Pokemon as people told me yesterday it is possible to change HP.

Some examples might be wrong since Mega's inherit base form's HP now. (And then get a switch on their own)

Now Playable: http://aqua.psim.us/

Regice
80 / 200 / 100 / 100 / 50 / 200
Where do I start?! Regice is incredible now, with 200 Atk and 200 Spe, being able to outspeed and literally 2HKO everything in existence with a movepool that actually has enough coverage to do so!

~~ Sample Set ~~
Regice @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Punch
- Superpower
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Mega Absol
65 / 60 / 150 / 115 / 150 / 115
You want it? You got it! A really bulky Mega with a decent Speed tier and decent (Special) attack stat. Mega Absol has a shocking movepool with good coverage special-wise and physical-wise with the latter not really needed now.

~~ Sample Set ~~
Absol @ Absolite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SAtk / 12 SDef OR 12 HP / 240 SAtk / 12 Def / 240 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Zoroark
120 / 105 / 120 / 60 / 120 / 105
Oh god... Illusion with 120/120/120 bulk and 105/105 physical offense? COUNT ME IN! Zoroark is absolute nuts with the ability tosurvive wall an Ice Punch from Regice (perfect synergy with the below mentioned Tornadus-T set) and take only 58.7% (59%) from it with no investment at all.

~~ Sample Set ~~
Zoroark @ Life Orb
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 88 HP / 208 Atk / 208 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- U-turn
- ???

55 / 175 / 65 / 50 / 95 / 150
With access to the elemental punches and Drain Punch in possible recovery, Mega Alakazam is one of the only 'mons that is still happy with its offensive capabilities combined with a great Speed tier.

~~ Sample Set ~~
Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Tornadus-Therian

121 / 100 / 80 / 110 / 90 / 79
Albeit getting a shitty Speed tier, Tornadus-T can still work around thing with outstanding bulk combined with a decent Special attack stat.

~~ Sample Set ~~
Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 8 HP / 244 Spa / 252 SpD
Quiet Nature
- Hurricane
- Superpower
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Sylveon
95 / 65 / 65 / 110 / 60 / 130
Fast revenge killer? Check. Pixi-power? Check. Sylveon can go through any team with no resists with a real fast and powerful Pixilate Hyper Voice that can even go through subs because it's a sound move and has one of the best typing as a move combined with Pixilate only resisted by Poison-, Steel- and Fire-types.

~~ Sample Set ~~
Sylveon @ Life Orb / Focus Sash
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (Life Orb) / Modest Nature (Focus Sash)
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- HP Ground
- Calm Mind / Substitute

why is shuckle being listed under "offensive threats"

Also damn Infernape-like stat spreads are good in this meta. Basically it's the ones with three high stats but one is less than 10 higher than the others. For example Cresselia gets 120/130/120/130/75/85.

And lol Wobbufett got trolled hard by this meta.

Victini benefits the most from this meta obv.

first

Cool concept btw! A few threats that i think would really be a problem:
Rhyperior with 140 spdef and 130 def
Physical keldeo,gets cc,stone edge,aqua jet,x-scissor,aqua tail and poison jab
200 attack stat azumarill(100 speed would still be a big threat)? :o
130 special attack garchomp with a great movepool
Thundy-I is pretty bulky now and can use prankster
Nidoqueen shreks with sheer force + life orb + 92 sp.atk and amazing movepool
Lando-I is still pretty good exchanging more bulk for predictability

These are just to name a few, pokemon that couldnt utilize their movepool before specially because they had high attack and low sp.atk and vice-verse love this metagame.

Shedinja now has an actual HP (but 90/45/45 bulk is nothing so it won't be taking hits), but at the cost of almost all its attack.

Shuckle could be a suicide hazard lead for a hyper offense team. Sticky Web/Stealth Rock/Knock Off/Encore is probably its best set in conjunction with Sturdy and Mental Herb.

Da Pizza Man

Pizza Time
is a Pre-Contributor
Mega Aggron looks like it will be able to take on Regice and Regirock, especially the latter, so I don't think we have to much to worry about

Edit: Remove outspeed everything in existence on Regice please, both Shuckle and Mega Aggron outspeed it

I think berry juice would be pretty good, as it will pretty much activate sturdy everytime thanks to 20/5/5 defenses

Darmanitan is the new, well, special Darmanitan. Sheer force makes fire blast ridiculous coming off of 140 base sp attk, and it has coverage with focus blast and psychic. The other slot can be the hidden power of choice, or a sub to make ridiculous switch-ins a little less ridiculous.

Gyarados can finally abue it's somewhat better special movepool, including it's mega getting a STAB move not called bite. I'm thinking:
Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe or 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 HP
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
It also gets Dragon Pulse, fire blast and flamethrower for other move options.

Lucario seems like a pretty good bulky attacker. 115/115/115 defenses and 110 attack, with a pretty good defensive typing. Also watch out for Azumarill, who now has Huge Power boosted base 100 attack and base 100 speed.

Mega Charizard Y seems like a pretty good wall with 159/159/115 defenses and Roost, while Mega Charizard X gets nerfed with 130/78/111/78/85/100 stats.

Also, Deoxys-Attack is defense oriented, Deoxys-Defense is attack oriented, and Deoxys-Speed is slow.

Rhyperior gets Base 140 Speed :<
Physical Keldeo looks fun, if only there was a physical version of Secret Sword.
Base 100 Attack Azumarill=Base 249 Attack, not Base 200. Although I have serious doubts about Azumarill as it loses a significant amount of bulk and Mega Venu still walls the fuck out of it.

Speaking of Mega Venu, holy shit 123/100/80/122/120/123 stats. It retains its physical bulk (approximately) in exchange for special bulk that makes Goodra (in Standard) jealous. IDK why this isn't in the OP and Shuckle is.

Lucario seems like a pretty good bulky attacker. 115/115/155 defenses and 110 attack, with a pretty good defensive typing.

I think you meant 115/115/115? :P But yeah Lucario benefits big-time from its Infernape-like spread.

As for Char Y, well...consider that to get that 159/159/115 defensive setup, it needs to sacrifice its Special Attack, and 104/78/100 offensive stats are horrid even with Drought. It's also still 4x weak to Rock but that's easier to play around.

If I'm not wrong, Mega Mawile gets 105/50/125/55/95/105, which is still threatening with Huge Power. Sceptile is also wonderful. It gains a considerable amount of HP and has a way of repairing its lackluster Speed with Unburden.

Besides, I think some NFEs might get wonderful stats due to Eviolite.

Also, just for your amusement, take a look at Cloyster.

Dat Carbink

It actually gets 125/105/50/55/95/125
It's Defense is the highest stat, so it'll get exchanged, luckily it's uber...

Felt like looking at the Ubers, in part to see if any of them would justify being unbanned.

Mewtwo has its Special Attack drop hugely, but its Defense and Special Defense are huge. Kind of weird.

Lugia's Special Defense drops hugely, but its Attack and Special Attack are huge. Not as good at being a wall, but a flexible sweeper suddenly.

Ho-oh instead has its Special Defense drop hugely while its Defense and Speed are monstrous. Too bad Sacred Fire Burning halves Physical damage output.

Kyogre trades its Special Attack for Defense and Speed. So basically Scarf Kyogre becomes Specs Kyogre and appreciates being harder to kill.

Groudon trades its Attack for Special Defense and Speed. Hello Specs Groudon? Still basically worse than Kyogre.

Rayquaza swaps its offenses for its defenses, and tries to convince you that Dragon/Flying is a good walling type. It isn't.

Deoxys Normal Forme becomes a slow, weakly hitting wall, having unprecedented bulk at 150/150/150 defenses. That's bulkier than Giratina.

Deoxys Attack Forme on the other hand is a fast wall, but while it has 180/180 defenses it has much worse HP than Normal Forme, so it's worse as a wall per se. Also it should never ever attack normally.

Deoxys Defense Forme is basically a straight downgrade, swapping out its two 160 defenses for its 50 HP. So its BST is lower and its bulk is, realistically speaking, down, outside of gaining some resistance to fixed damage moves.

Deoxys Speed Forme is slow but a solid wall, with 180 HP and 90 in its defenses. Neat. Unlike Deoxys Normal Forme, it has some actual offensive stats too.

Dialga is now hilarious fast, but has lower Special Attack than Attack. Physical Dialga, anyone?

Palkia trades Special Attack for HP, giving it Giratina-esque defenses and more Attack than standard Giratina. Huh.

Giratina drops a chunk of HP in exchange for a chunk of Speed. This basically means its Origin Forme is probably the preferred Forme, since it has a more offensive statline and high Speed/lower HP is more in line with a sweeper role.

Skymin pumps its Defense and Special Defense while dropping to a pretty mediocre Speed tier. Might be worth unbanning, with Air Slash flinch-hax being possible against a much smaller portion of the meta. Not to mention Regice is going to OHKO it with Ice Punch regardless.

Darkrai trades its Special Attack for HP, and in fact should run Physical over Special, or more likely wall you.

Reshiram takes a big hit to Special Attack to become quite fast. Eeeeeh.

Zekrom instead swaps Attack for Speed. Eeeeeh.

Kyurem-White trades away its monstrous Special Attack for hilarious Defense. Might be worth unbanning? It'll prefer to run Physical with that statline, and Kyurem Black proves that Kyurem lacks the movepool to really pull that off... and White lacks Fusion Bolt and Freeze Shock.

Genesect gets a boost to its HP while its offenses both drop. Ouch. Possibly safe to unban?

Yveltal's offenses both drop a bunch in exchange for... a lot of Defense. Poor Yveltal.

Xerneas is the same as Yveltal, only it doesn't really care about losing Attack. Makes GeoXern tougher to take down.

Aegislash has amazing offenses when it's not attacking and amazing defenses when it's attacking but crap offenses. Almost certainly safe to unban. Dropping from a pseudo-720 BST to a pseudo 320-BST will do that to ya. Not even getting into how vulnerable its Shield Forme is to Foul Play...

Mega Lucario swaps HP and Special Defense for Attack. So, basically, Mega Lucario is always Special instead of Physical, but is much harder to kill. Oh god.

Mega Mawile trades away Defense for boosted HP and Speed. That is moderately terrifying, reducing its dependency on Sucker Punch.

Regular Blaziken drops its Attack in exchange for Defense and Special Defense, which overall just shifts Blaziken to preferring Special, but Mega Blaziken instead lowers Attack while raising Defense, Special Defense, and HP. Really hard to kill Speed Booster that gets Baton Pass and has good Special offense. Yikes.

Mega Gengar swaps its ginormous Special Attack for its garbage HP. Well, the Perish Trap variant becomes a lot more obnoxious.

Mega Kangaskhan becomes a Special sweeper instead of a Physical sweeper. Might be worth unbanning, given that its Sucker Punches and Fake Outs now suck.

Now for some non-Ubers, mostly Legendaries.

Blissey has the highest possible Attack and Defense in the game, while its HP is 10. This is less terrible than it sounds -it's more generally accurate to think of Pokemon having 50 more HP in their base stat than is listed, so for instance comparing it to standard Shuckle it's actually only a little more fragile, not half the durability. This is pretty mind-boggling, though in practice Regice will probably shunt it aside from having STAB on an actually good type and being lightning fast too, and not so horribly vulnerable to Special moves. Also worth noting that Eviolite Chansey has a tiny bit less Attack and effectively 375 Defense, not to mention less terrible Special Defense... also loses 5 HP, but again, that's not as bad as it sounds.

Shuckle, by the way, sucks, having become KING OF SPEED FOR ALL TIME, and with near-zero durability and no offenses. You're, what, using it as a pseudo-Prankster?

Regigigas swaps its Attack with its Special Attack. Depending on its movepool, it might be worth using, since Slow Start does nothing to Special Attack.

Azelf trades its high offenses for its low defenses. It's the new Uxie, basically. Meh.

Uxie trades its good Defense and Special Defense for HP, Attack, and Special Attack. In practice its bulk is about the same, probably a bit lower, with bolstered offenses, so it's basically happy. (Wish passing?) Probably basically super-Azelf.

Mesprit sucks. It gains a modest amount of HP and Speed in exchange for lowering all its other stats. Hooray.

Kyurem trades Attack and Special Attack for Defense and Special Defense. Bleh. Better at walling, which is a thing Kyurem gets used for in a way.

Kyurem-Black trades away its monstrous Attack in exchange for monstrous Special Defense. And here I'd been thinking it might need to be banned.

Aria Forme Meloetta is suddenly physically oriented instead of Special oriented, while Pirouette is suddenly slow and Special oriented. OK then.

Zygarde drops its Defense in favor of having solid Special Attack. Uuuuh. Does its movepool even support Special sweeping? It has Coil and Dragon Dance and Extreme Speed, worse yet. Overall downgrade for a not-that-great Pokemon. Poor thing.

Diancie suffers a huge blow to its Defense and Special Defense, but in exchange is much faster and has a good chunk more HP. Too bad Regice and Regirock are still faster and harder hitting.

Also Furfrou has monstrous Defense, in exchange for mediocre Speed.

Medicham meanwhile trades away Speed for HP, Attack, and Special Attack. Yikes. Mega Medicham drops Speed and Attack to increase its HP. Don't use Mega Medicham.

Not to mention it's completely outclassed by Carbink(no wonder it uses these things as its guards)

Oh god StallTwo and StallOxys-N. StallTwo has the advantage of having WoW and an actual Attack stat, but Deoxys-N has better bulk (damn that feels weird to say) and has hazards. Stat Switch Ubers is gonna be fun >.<

Deo-S is the intermediate choice between Mewtwo and Deoxys-N.

Considering Bulk Up Dialga is already a very popular set in Ubers...yeah.

Oh god SD Darkrai pls no.

Mega Khan gets a surprisingly good special movepool, with moves like BoltBeam, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, and Focus Blast. It just lacks any special STAB or priority, though I'd still be very careful in unbanning it.

Regigigas has almost zero special movepool, so...yeah...

Also yeah SubRoost Kyurem-N is gonna be quite the bitch to take down.

ALSO FEAR THE ALMIGHTY 72/48/72/48/72/72 UNOWN (and also Sunkern).

Carbink now has 150/150/50/150/50/150 stats. Quite fast with a pretty good attack and special attack, with the ability to go mixed, physical (Stone Edge, Explosion, Flail), or special (Calm Mind, Ancient Power, Psychic, Moonblast). It also completely outclasses Diancie.

Keldeo seems like a good phyiscal attacker with Close Combat, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, and Swords Dance.

Regirock is to special offense what Regice is to physical offense.

Steelix is a slightly slower Shuckle that has slightly more bulk, Taunt, and Explosion.
