Let's not be mean and instant kill with Swampert,

    let's go Cake the Corphish!

Alright Cake, this is your first battle so let's make it count!

Start with a Dragon Dance to boost attack and speed. Follow up with some water attacks, a BubbleBeam should do and finish with Scald

watch out for those tricky moves that Vulpixes are known for, if you see a Will-o-Wisp or a Confuse Ray coming your way use Protect to block it and push all actions down.

Hmmmph Rokon, let's show him just how tough we can be! We'll play this offensively in our own way!

Start with a Toxic, it should wear Corphish down a lot, and we don't need to worry about weakening his attacks thanks to Drought anyways. Follow that up with a Bide!

Toxic ~ Bide ~ Storing energy

Steampowered, that is an illegal substitution, I am pretty sure. You have to make a substitution based on only 1 particular move. The substitution rules can be found in the referee training grounds.

Rokon comes out and immediately makes things Sunny. Rokon then poisons Cake with some Toxic material, but Cake just Dances around like a Dragon, which really makes no sense to me. Rokon starts Biding his time, while Cake shoots a Beam of Bubbles at Rokon. Rokon just continues to Bide. Cake spits up some Scalding water at Rokon to finish this round.

OK, Rokon, start by releasing your Bide! Follow that up with a Confuse Ray, and end with an Energy Ball! If Corphish decides to Protect on a1, use Disable on it next turn and push actions down. That will leave him vulnerable to all our other attacks!

Release Bide ~ Confuse Ray ~ Energy Ball
IF (Corphish uses Protect a1), THEN (change actions to Release Bide ~ Disable (Protect) ~ Confuse Ray)

Shouldn't my attack and speed still be at +1? I thought that +1 and -1 bonuses don't decrease towards 0, it's only +2 and -2 that decrease.

Alright, this strategy will be somewhat harder to pull of but we can do it, let the Bide hit yourself and instead Dragon Dance for some extra speed and power, then use Protect on the Confuse Ray, finish up by killing Rokon with Scald

@Steampowered: Yes, I did forget about putting the boost into the "Other" section. However, it does decay, as does EVERY stat increase from a stat boosting move (I think that only certain ability increase/drops are permanent if anything). After this round, Corphish actually wouldn't have any stat increase if you hadn't used another Dragon Dance. Also, I am not sure why you said Scald would kill Rokon...

Rokon immediately releases Bide for huge damage, while Cake again Dances like a Dragon, not seeming to care. Cake Protects himself from a Ray of Confusion from Rokon. Rokon shoots a Ball of Energy at Cake, who responds with a Scalding blast of water.

Alright, nice job Cake, keep it up!

Let's get those attack boosts in and start with a Endeavor to get him down to our HP, follow up with another Dragon Dance and finish with another Chip Away,

if he uses Will-o-Wisp on any action block it with Protect and push actions down

Rokon stes up a Substitute quickly, before Cake Endeavors to even the damage, but hardly does. Cake once again Dragon Dances, now with very high attack and speed. Cake unleashes a Super Energy Ball, knocking Cake out.

Start with a Aqua Tail during his Chill, then he's going to start storing energy with Bide so don't attack, instead Dragon Dance to boost and finish with Agility.

Rokon starts off by Chillin' out to regain some much needed energy. Storm whacks Rokon with an Aqua Tail, finally getting rid of that substitute. Rokon yet again starts Biding, but Storm just Dances like a Dragon, just the way Cake did, except that it makes more sense now. Seriously, a lobster pretending to be a dragon. Rokon keeps on Biding, but Storm just focuses, increasing his Agility.

He's still Biding and storing his energy so let's finish setting up, we're faster now so let's Thunder Waveagain. Follow up with a Dragon Dance to boost and finish with an Aqua Tail.

I didn't really know where to include it, but I am pretty sure damage from stuff like Fire Spin comes at the end of the entire action rather than after the Pokemon moves, that is why Storm will take 7 instead of 5 damage.

Rokon immediately releases Bide, but with no effect. Storm takes this opportunity to send a Thunder Wave at Rokon. Storm once again Dances like a Dragon, getting even more boosts! But Rokon simply Roars at Storm, making the dancing (and Storm's previous boosts) have no effect anymore! Storm is angry about this, and slams Rokon with an Aqua Tail, while Rokon Spins a whole bunch of Fire around Storm, slowly hurting Storm.

Whew, I'm glad that move worked out all right! Use Reflect to shield yourself, but then Chill to regain some energy. After that, smack it with a Heat Wave! If you're paralyzed, push actions back!

Reflect ~ Chill ~ Heat Wave
IF (Fully Paralyzed), THEN (push actions back)

Storm sees that Rokon is quite weak at this point, and goes in for an Aqua Tail. Rokon uses the last bit of energy he has to put up a Reflective wall to protect his team, but falls to the ground from exhaustion.

Storm sees the little guy that has entered battle, and can smell the trickery, so Storm puts up a Safeguard. The smell of trickery seems to be getting stronger, as Togepii Encores Storm! This leaves Storm pretty obligated to use more Safeguards, and Togepii uses Metronome, causing Leeching Seeds to go flying at Storm! Storm puts up Safeguard one more time, and Togepii uses Ancientpower, shooting some rocks at Storm!
