You are supposed to post 3 actions in the order you want your Pokemon to perform them. In my orders, Syclar will use Blizzard the first action (usually abbreviated as A1), Icicle Spear A2, and then Blizzard A3. Make sure to sperate your actions so that they can be clearly read. I prefer to seperate mine with tildes, some people just go "A1, A2, A3" while others go "A1|A2|A3". Just make sure they can clearly be read.

Substitutions are basically an IF, THEN statement. In my 2 substitutions, I used a move as the activator. So, if your Riolu uses Blaze Kick the first action, my Syclar will use Counter. The "push back" part pushes back the queue instead of replacing the next move in it. So for example, if your Riolu uses Blaze Kick A1, my Syclar's action set will change to Counter~Blizzard~Icicle Spear. This will activate every time the activating condition is achieved; in this case, every time your Riolu uses Blaze Kick or Bullet Punch.
