[OVERVIEW]

Arceus is one of the most threatening and metagame-defining offensive Pokemon in the format while also having a solid support set as a secondary option. For the offensive set, strong priority makes it a dangerous cleaner in tandem with a boosting move in Swords Dance, and it also has super effective coverage for nearly every common Normal-resistant Pokemon and the Speed to beat out foes such as Mega Diancie. Arceus is also incredibly bulky for an offensive Pokemon, which allows it to check a number of threatening foes such Darkrai and Klefki in tandem with Lum Berry. Meanwhile, its support set stands out thanks to a lack of exploitable weaknesses and can be incredibly difficult to break through. Arceus also has a deep offensive and defensive movepool, and it is one of the few Pokemon that can be easily paired with itself to become even more threatening. However, it can be somewhat weak and walled by physically bulky Pokemon such as Giratina and Lugia. Arceus also has issues with how common Ghost-types are in the metagame.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Swords Dance allows Arceus to set up before cleaning with its strong priority in Extreme Speed. Earthquake is useful coverage to hit Rock- and Steel-types like Diancie and Steel Arceus, as well as Primal Groudon. Stone Edge and Shadow Claw are different useful coverage moves; Stone Edge hits Flying-types such as Yveltal and Skarmory, while Shadow Claw hits Ghost-types such as Ghost Arceus and Giratina-O. Magic Coat can also be used in combination with Lum Berry to give status-reliant foes such as Klefki and Darkrai a hard time. Return can be used with Life Orb to 2HKO Unaware Clefable, which Arceus otherwise fails to break through, as well as being a slightly stronger attack versus foes Arceus does not carry super effective coverage for.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack investment allows Arceus to hit as hard as possible to sweep opposing teams. Maximum Speed investment and a Jolly nature ensure Arceus beats out foes such as Mega Diancie and Mega Rayquaza while also Speed typing with opposing Arceus. Lum Berry allows Arceus to more effectively check Darkrai, Klefki, and support Arceus formes with Will-O-Wisp, while Life Orb can be used for extra power, but then the lack of Lum Berry to check Darkrai can be problematic.

Usage Tips
========

Arceus functions best as a late-game cleaner once checks such as Giratina have been worn down or removed. It can also be used mid-game to check foes such as Darkrai and Klefki with its Lum Berry, but it likely won't be sweeping. Keep Arceus alive to check boosting sweepers such as Xerneas, as Extreme Speed can be useful to pick off weakened foes. Arceus's coverage moves should be revealed carefully, as it can often lure an assumed counter such as Yveltal by bluffing what it's running. When used with other Arceus, it is often useful to sacrifice one to wear down checks such as Rock Arceus for the other. Magic Coat sets should be used to check Darkrai and potentially annoy entry hazard setters such as Primal Groudon.

Team Options
========

Multiple Arceus formes support one another quite well, as they can run different coverage moves for each one to break down different checks and counters for another one to sweep. Wallbreakers such as Swords Dance Primal Groudon and Choice Band Mega Rayquaza can break down foes such as Mega Sableye for Arceus to sweep. Entry hazard support from teammates such as Primal Groudon and Skarmory is also useful to chip away at Arceus's counters. Checks to Ghost-types such as Darkrai help threaten Arceus's main offensive checks, and Yveltal in particular can help to provide wallbreaking support and check both Ghost-types and Mega Mewtwo X. Mega Gengar can trap and remove counters to Arceus such as Lugia and Skarmory while also checking Ghost-types. If you're using Life Orb, status absorbers such as Rest Primal Kyogre can switch into Will-O-Wisp for Arceus. Checks to Yveltal such as Fairy Arceus and Mega Diancie can be useful if Arceus declines to run Stone Edge. Strong special attackers such as Xerneas and Primal Kyogre can help break down physical walls such as Giratina for Arceus.

[SET]
name: Wallceus
move 1: Stealth Rock / Defog
move 2: Recover
move 3: Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
move 4: Roar
item: Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
ability: Multitype
nature: Bold
evs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Arceus can choose to run either Stealth Rock or Defog to function as an entry hazard setter or remover depending on its role on the team. Recover keeps it healthy over long games. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Ghost Arceus to prevent Arceus from being setup fodder, while Toxic can be used to target Primal Groudon and be more crippling to support Arceus formes but does not cripple physically offensive foes as effectively. Roar phazes foes to prevent Arceus from being setup fodder and can rack up chip damage with entry hazards.

Set Details
========

Near-maximum HP and Defense investment makes Arceus as bulky as possible to take on Mega Rayquaza, Extreme Killer Arceus, and other physical attackers more effectively. 16 Speed EVs allow Arceus to outspeed maximum Speed Adamant Ho-Oh and Primal Groudon to use Stealth Rock, Toxic, or Defog before being KOed. Leftovers provides additional passive recovery to make Arceus less reliant on using Recover frequently, although Rocky Helmet can be used for extra chip damage on opposing physical attackers.

Usage Tips
========

Wallceus's main goal is to either keep setting up Stealth Rock or keep removing entry hazards throughout a game while also checking physical attackers. Pivot into physically offensive threats such as opposing Extreme Killers frequently, especially when running Rocky Helmet. If possible, aim to cripple foes with status before phazing them. Keep Wallceus healthy in order to check stronger physical attackers such as Mega Rayquaza by using Recover frequently. Wallceus is also useful to check evasion-boosting foes such as Clefable. If facing a Mega Gengar, pivot frequently to avoid being trapped and crippled or KOed.

Team Options
========

Teammates that need a fairly reliable switch-in to most physical attackers like Mega Rayquaza, such as Ho-Oh, appreciate having a check to physical revenge killers. Entry hazard-weak teammates such as Lugia appreciate Defog support, while wallbreakers such as Mega Rayquaza enjoy Stealth Rock support. Pokemon that can switch into status moves, such as Mega Diancie, can help take Toxic and Will-O-Wisp for Arceus, and Heal Bell users such as Clefable are also useful to keep it status free. Checks to Darkrai such as Xerneas are essential, as it can break through Wallceus easily. Xerneas and special Arceus formes are also useful for taking on Mega Sableye and Mega Diancie, which can Magic Bounce back all of Wallceus's status moves. Somewhat weaker attackers such as Shaymin-S can benefit from Wallceus's ability to wear down teams with status and phazing. Although there is little Wallceus can do about Mega Gengar, Pursuit Tyranitar can potentially help to trap it.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Choice Band is an option that provides very strong priority revenge killing but sacrifices Lum Berry and the ability to set up. Wallceus can attempt to fit in an attacking move such as Extreme Speed, but it is somewhat weak and has an easier time chipping foes with status, entry hazards, and phazing. Earthquake is another option to surprise Mega Diancie and Mega Gengar but has the same drawbacks and fails to hit many targets. Wallceus can also run Lum Berry to cripple Darkrai with status or at least phaze it once, but this fails versus Taunt variants and is otherwise incredibly niche. Extreme Killer can fit Perish Song onto its moveset to fare better versus Baton Pass but sacrifices a useful moveslot in doing so. Overheat on Life Orb Extreme Killer can surprise Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory but is otherwise not terribly useful. If the role compression is necessary, Extreme Killer Arceus can run Stealth Rock over an attack to provide both entry hazard and revenge killing support. Shadow Force is an option over Shadow Claw to deal significantly more damage to Ghost-types, but its extra turn can provide opportunities for opponents to switch into a Normal-type or other switch-in. Refresh can remove status but doesn't help versus Darkrai, and Lum Berry is simply more reliable. Silk Scarf increases the damage of Extreme Speed slightly without chipping away at Arceus's own HP, and it is a solid item option provided Darkrai is not too threatening for the team.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ghost-types**: Bulky Ghost-types such as Mega Sableye, Giratina, and defensive Ghost Arceus are immune to Arceus's strongest attack and can survive its coverage moves while KOing Arceus with Foul Play or phazing or burning it. Giratina-O and Ghost Arceus can revenge kill a slightly weakened Extreme Killer Arceus, although neither appreciates a +2 Shadow Claw. Mega Gengar can outspeed a slightly weakened Extreme Killer Arceus and KO it with Focus Blast or remove it with Destiny Bond if necessary.

**Lugia**: Arceus cannot do significant damage to Multiscale Lugia before it is phazed, and it can easily be stalled out by Reflect variants. However, a +2 Life Orb-boosted Stone Edge can KO fast Lugia variants after Stealth Rock, as it is reliant on Multiscale to take Arceus's hits well.

**Yveltal**: Physically defensive Yveltal takes little from any of Arceus's attacks save a boosted Stone Edge and can Roost off the damage or KO with Foul Play.

**Unaware**: Clefable and Quagsire can survive any hit from standard Extreme Killer Arceus with ease regardless of its boosts and slowly chip away at it with Moonblast or Earthquake, respectively. However, both can be 2HKOed by Life Orb-boosted Return.

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Skarmory, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor can wall Arceus lacking Overheat, although none can do significant damage in return. Bronzong can wall Arceus variants lacking Shadow Claw, while Dialga is able to survive a +2 Earthquake with Shuca Berry and do significant damage with Draco Meteor. Magnet Rise Klefki can also avoid significant damage from Arceus, and Steel Arceus can revenge kill a weakened Arceus without fearing Extreme Speed.

**Rock Arceus**: Rock Arceus can pick off weakened Extreme Killer Arceus with Judgment or burn them one-on-one after using up their Lum Berry, but it does not appreciate taking a +2 Earthquake.

**Mega Mewtwo X**: Mega Mewtwo X can survive a +2 Life Orb-boosted Extreme Speed from Arceus and OHKO in return with Low Kick.

**Status**: Burn severely cripples Extreme Killer Arceus, and paralysis leaves it outsped by foes that it would rather use coverage moves to hit, such as Dialga. Wallceus can be chipped away at with Toxic or burn, forcing it to heal constantly and leaving it unable to survive through longer games.

**Taunt and Magic Bounce**: Wallceus is forced to Struggle or switch out versus Taunt users such as Yveltal and Darkrai, and it has no way to prevent itself from being trapped by Taunt Mega Gengar. Magic Bounce users such as Mega Sableye completely shut it down as well, forcing Wallceus to be careful about using its status moves.

Another attempt at an AM QC check, hopefully sucessfully this time.
  • One of the most threatening and metagame defining offensive Pokemon in the game while also having a solid support set
  • Strong priority makes it really easy to clean, while it also has super effective coverage for nearly every common normal resist
  • Incredibly bulky for an offensive pokemon, that and lum allow it to check a number of threatening mons like darkrai and shaymin
  • Support set has a lack of exploitable weaknesses and can be incredibly different to break through with a very deep movepool
  • Also excellent to run alongside itself and can basically define its own playstyle
  • Can be somewhat weak and walled by extremely bulky Pokemon like Giratina and Lugia
  • Has slight issues with how common Ghost-types are in the meta
No real problems that I can see- this definitally does a good job of describing it. Some minor tweaks/questions:
Why Shaymin? It's not really meta defining or super threatening. Possibly name PDon, Diancie, or Klefki?
Doesn't it have coverage for every common normal resist? Nevermind, Sableye exists.
Mention it's speed? 120 base is really good, especially since its espeed outspeed MRay and its coverage usually still goes first.
It has more than slight issues with ghost types. I mean, it does beat Aegislash, but MGar revenges it after a bit of chip, Giratina hardwalls it, Ghostceus beats it really solidly... I get that you somewhat brought it up before with the bulky mons, but this is probably the biggest impact on it's viability.

Moves
========

  • Swords Dance allows it to set up before cleaning with strong priority
  • Extreme Speed is main STAB attack which also almost guarantees Arceus is attacking first
  • Earthquake is useful coverage to hit Rock- and Steel-types like Diancie and Steel Arceus, as well as Primal Groudon
  • Stone Edge and Shadow Claw are different useful coverage moves, Stone Edge hits Flying-types liek Yveltal and Skarmory while Shadow Claw hits Ghost-types like Ghost Arceus and Giratina-O
  • Magic Coat can also be used in tandem with Lum Berry to give status reliant foes such as Klefki and Darkrai a hard time
  • Return can be used with Life Orb to 2HKO Unaware Clefable, which Arceus otherwise cannot do when its Attack boosts are useless
Isn't frustration better than return most of the time? It's a minor set change, especially considering that they will probably just espeed if they imposter, but it doesn't cost anything to do.
Probably save for write up, but liek isn't a word, it's like.
Klefki is one of if not the main EQ target- it's certainly more relevant than steelceus.

Set Details

  • Maximum Attack allows Arceus to hit as hard as possible to clean

  • Arceus's coverage move should be revealed carefully, as it can often lure an assumed counter by bluffing what it's running
Everything listed here is correct, but I think the usage tips section is a bit lacking.
-Something about how important boosting is would be nice
-Nothing about bluffing lum when you run life orb?
-Usage on arc spam would be appreciated; wearing down shared checks so the others can sweep
-Revenge kill is probably better than check, as it doesn't fulfill that requirement vs Xerneas unless under certain conditions which revenge killing implies directly as part of it's definition.
-On the same not as the above, Extrme killer Arceus doesn't reliably beat support formed 1v1, so the use of check there is also suboptimal
Team Options
========

  • Arceus supports itself quite well, as it can run different coverage moves for each one to break down different checks and counters for another one to sweep
  • Wallbreakers such as Swords Dance Primal Groudon or Choice Band Mega Rayquaza can break down foes such as Mega Sableye for Arceus to sweep

  • Mega Gengar can trap and remove counters to Arceus such as Lugia and Skarmory while also checking Ghost-types
  • If using Life Orb, status absorbers such as Rest Primal Kyogre can switch into Will-O-Wisp for Arceus
Maybe fold yveltal into ghost checks? It does have additional utility vs MMX, but most of the time it'll simply be taking those on.
Add a section for Yveltal switchins- defensive Yveltal can often 6-0 straight ekiller teams, and pressures it immensely once in. Fairy types are the best ones, though Darkrai or special Arceus work as well.
I'd say add MRay, as they partner extraordinarily well. MRay works with anything offensive, though, so it isn't that important to specifically list this one.

Thunder wave is also a nice option for certain teams, albeit with less utility
Shadow force is nice on some Extreme Killers to break down powerful ghost walls more reliably and for allowing it to safely take on Gengar that have yet to mega evolve.

**Ghost-types**: Bulky Ghost-types such as Mega Sableye, Giratina, and defensive Ghost Arceus are immune to Arceus's strongest attack and can survive its coverage moves while KOing Arceus with Foul Play or phazing or burning it. Mewtwo is also a nice check to both, dealing heavy damage and being difficult for teammates to switch into besides.
Groudon, Jirachi, and Genesect are all ranked similarly to listed checks while still taking it on admirably.
Arceus rock does the same thing as steel; it should probably be listed alongside
Deoxys-A outspeeds and can pick off weakened ekiller with a faster espeed/live a hit with sash and retaliate. It deserves some mention here.

This is a lot better but there's still some extraneous or unnecessary info which I'll respond to in the reply so you understand why I'm not doing it
Another attempt at an AM QC check, hopefully sucessfully this time.
Why Shaymin? It's not really meta defining or super threatening. Possibly name PDon, Diancie, or Klefki? the point is it can use espeed to really hinder shaymin's effectiveness, not being meta defining isn't really important. That being said, changed to keys to better reflect lum
It has more than slight issues with ghost types. I mean, it does beat Aegislash, but MGar revenges it after a bit of chip, Giratina hardwalls it, Ghostceus beats it really solidly... I get that you somewhat brought it up before with the bulky mons, but this is probably the biggest impact on it's viability. eh, these mons all annoy it and cause issues but i don't think it's more than any mon stops some other mon and ekiller is still totally effective with those around. it's more semantics than a problem

Isn't frustration better than return most of the time? It's a minor set change, especially considering that they will probably just espeed if they imposter, but it doesn't cost anything to do. smogon policy to leave everything with return and 252 happiness just to be standard
Probably save for write up, but liek isn't a word, it's like.
Klefki is one of if not the main EQ target- it's certainly more relevant than steelceus. doesn't matter + already used klefki a bit

Everything listed here is correct, but I think the usage tips section is a bit lacking.
-Something about how important boosting is would be nice certain things like "use swords dance to boost your attack" don't really need to be said unless v specific circumstance
-Nothing about bluffing lum when you run life orb? overall not overly effective or notable
-Usage on arc spam would be appreciated; wearing down shared checks so the others can sweep k
-Revenge kill is probably better than check, as it doesn't fulfill that requirement vs Xerneas unless under certain conditions which revenge killing implies directly as part of it's definition. but you're really just keeping it in check by preventing them from geomancying up and winning, again more semantics but i wouldn't get hung up about this since it's a fringe case, that's gp's job
-On the same not as the above, Extrme killer Arceus doesn't reliably beat support formed 1v1, so the use of check there is also suboptimal no idea what this means, pm me or something if u think it's really important

Maybe fold yveltal into ghost checks? It does have additional utility vs MMX, but most of the time it'll simply be taking those on. also has that specific wallbreaking support, good example, no reason to fold
Add a section for Yveltal switchins- defensive Yveltal can often 6-0 straight ekiller teams, and pressures it immensely once in. Fairy types are the best ones, though Darkrai or special Arceus work as well. eh, stone edge is first slash, many of the other TOs already do this, and why would you ever run a team of straight ekillers
I'd say add MRay, as they partner extraordinarily well. MRay works with anything offensive, though, so it isn't that important to specifically list this one. exactly why I'm not

Nothing really to say here- almost anything else you'd consider running is OO at best. don't feel the need to comment on every section, if you have nothing to say then don't

Add a note about roar, and how it should usually be your go-to move vs statused Pokemon/MRay with intact lum. Not sure how best to word it, though. this is UT not moves and I say something about phazing there
It's my experience that rocky helmet is usually more useful than leftovers (and thus should be slashed before), but it isn't super relevant.

Nothing about how hazard weak/Pokemon that require hazards pair well? just too used to doing this in writeup
Checks to special mons/special walls like support primal groudon also make good teammates. not rly needed

Thunder wave is also a nice option for certain teams, albeit with less utility then ur wallceus has literally no way of damaging outside of phazing with hazards up. no
Shadow force is nice on some Extreme Killers to break down powerful ghost walls more reliably and for allowing it to safely take on Gengar that have yet to mega evolve. shadow force kinda sucks, don't see the need

Mewtwo is also a nice check to both, dealing heavy damage and being difficult for teammates to switch into besides. under taunt for wallceus, not a great ekiller check
Groudon, Jirachi, and Genesect are all ranked similarly to listed checks while still taking it on admirably. none of these are super relevant for c&c at all, +2 speeds kill rachi and sect faster than they kill you, don gets chipped just fine, and it's already so large that I don't see the reason to mention this
Arceus rock does the same thing as steel; it should probably be listed alongside yeah ok fine, but steelceus is in the steel type section so rockceus needs its own section
Deoxys-A outspeeds and can pick off weakened ekiller with a faster espeed/live a hit with sash and retaliate. It deserves some mention here. don't need a mention of sashmons and the faster espeed just isn't relevant/damaging enough

Okay, I'll make this quick. That wasn't intentionally a pun but I guess?

Extreme Killer:
Overview:
- Mention its access to Swords Dance as a further indication of its attacking prowess.

Team Options:
- Specially oriented offensive Pokemon such as Xerneas and Kyogre can break Physically defensive walls that Arceus struggles to take out.
- Status abusers such as Toxic Skarmory can whittle down common walls to Arceus such as Giratina and Support Arceus formes.

Support:
Moves:
- Perish Song should really be an Other Option. It has no place here.

Set Details:
- Mention how it can also take on other offensive Arceus formes well due to its bulk in Point 1.
- "max speed" but they're not max speed.

Usage Tips:
- Mention stalling out opposing Extreme Killer Arceus and other physically offensive threats.

Team Options:
- You could mention specifically Magic Bounce users in Point 3.

Other Options:
- Lum Berry can be ran on Wallceus in order to status Darkrai and opposing threats to it.

Couldn't find anything else, nice job. QC 1/3

Qc 2/3

E killer
Set - Silk scarf to bait Lum while almost doing as much as LO without recoil (nothing noteworthy that dies to LO frustration tanks Silk scarf frustration)

Moves - Shadow claw hits pre-evolution Mgar on the switch in, as well.

Usage tips - Lumcoat can be used as a lead vs hazard setters and bounce hazards back, while doing the same to Smeargle leads which try to spore turn 1.

Team Options - Xerneas and Fairyceus cripple Def Yveltal, Gira O/A, Msab, Quag etc for Arceus.
Deoxys speed sets up screens and rocks, allowing e killers an easy setup along with hazard support.
Offensive Primal Kyogre checks Mgar, Msab, Yveltal and other defensive threats which often take out multiple e killers at a time.

Wallceus

Moves - Earthquake to hit Mdiancie/Mgar (OO?)
Usage tips - Keep it alive vs mons that make roar a necessity (minimize users, especially)
Switch out immediately vs Mdiancie/Mgar before they mega evolve.

Team Options - Scarf Xern can be used as a backup in case you're up vs a rai lead. Also OHKO's Mdiancie/Msab and does well against all taunt users that aren't named Mgar.

Moves
Return can be used with Life Orb to 2HKO Unaware Clefable, which Arceus otherwise fails to break through.
You haven't made any mention of Return / Frustration in the moveset, so Return should fall in the Other Options category.

SPeaking of which, I personally feel that Silk Scarf Arceus is a great set in AG, so a distinct mention should be about it in the Other Options category or maybe it should be slashed in the main SD set.

[OVERVIEW]

Arceus is one of the most threatening and metagame-defining offensive Pokemon in the format, (RC) while also having a solid support set as a secondary option. For the offensive set, strong priority makes it a dangerous cleaner in tandem with a boosting move in Swords Dance, while and it also has super effective coverage for nearly every common Normal-resistant Pokemon and the Speed to beat out foes such as Mega Diancie. Arceus is also incredibly bulky for an offensive Pokemon, which allows it to check a number of threatening foes such Darkrai and Klefki in tandem with Lum Berry. Meanwhile, its support set stands out thanks to a lack of exploitable weaknesses and can be incredibly different to break through. Arceus also has a deep offensive and defensive movepool, and it is one of the few Pokemon that which can be easily paired with itself to become even more threatening. However, it can be somewhat weak and walled by physically bulky Pokemon such as Giratina and Lugia. Arceus also has issues with how common Ghost-types are in the metagame.

Moves
========

Swords Dance allows Arceus to set up before cleaning with its strong priority in Extreme Speed. Earthquake is useful coverage to hit Rock- and Steel-types like Diancie and Steel Arceus, as well as Primal Groudon. Stone Edge and Shadow Claw are different useful coverage moves; (ASC) Stone Edge hits Flying-types such as Yveltal and Skarmory, (AC) while Shadow Claw hits Ghost-types such as Ghost Arceus and Giratina-O.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack investment allows Arceus to hit as hard as possible to sweep opposing teams. Maximum Speed investment and a Jolly nature ensure Arceus beats out foes such as Mega Diancie and Mega Rayquaza, (RC) while also Speed typing with opposing Arceus. Lum Berry allows Arceus to more effectively check Darkrai, Klefki, and support Arceus formes with Will-O-Wisp, while Life Orb can be used for extra power, (AC) but then the lack of Lum Berry to check Darkrai can be problematic.

Usage Tips
========

Arceus functions best as a late-game cleaner once checks such as Giratina have been worn down or removed. It can also be used mid-game to check foes such as Darkrai and Klefki with its Lum Berry, but it likely won't be sweeping. Keep Arceus alive to check boosting sweepers such as Xerneas, (AC) as Extreme Speed can be useful to pick off weakened foes. (AP)

Team Options
========

Multiple Arceus formes supports each one another quite well, as they can run different coverage moves for each one to break down different checks and counters for another one to sweep. If using Life Orb, status absorbers such as Rest Primal Kyogre can switch into Will-O-Wisp for Arceus. Checks to Yveltal such as Fairy Arceus and Mega Diancie can be useful if Arceus declines to run Stone Edge. Strong special attackers such as Xerneas and Primal Kyogre can help break down physical walls such as Giratina for Arceus.

move 2: Recover
move 3: Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
move 4: Roar
item: Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
ability: Multitype
nature: Bold
evs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Roar phazes out foes to prevent Arceus from being setup fodder and can rack up chip damage with entry hazards.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

Wallceus's main goal is to either keep setting up Stealth Rock or keep removing entry hazards throughout a game, (RC) while also checking physical attackers. Pivot into physically offensive threats such as opposing Extreme Killers frequently, especially when running Rocky Helmet. If possible, aim to cripple foes with status before phazing them out. Keep Wallceus healthy in order to check stronger physical attackers such as Mega Rayquaza by using Recovering constantly. (constantly means you are using Recover literally every single turn, if you just mean "use it regularly" say often / consistently or something) Wallceus is also useful to check evasion-boosting foes such as Clefable. If facing a Mega Gengar, pivot frequently to avoid being trapped and crippled or KOed.

Team Options
========

Teammates that which need a fairly reliable switch-in to most physical attackers like Mega Rayquaza, (AC) such as Ho-Oh, (AC) appreciate having a check to physical revenge killers. Entry hazard-weak teammates such as Lugia appreciate Defog support, while wallbreakers such as Mega Rayquaza enjoy Stealth Rock support. Pokemon that which can switch into status moves, (AC) such as Mega Diancie, (AC) can help take Toxic and Will-O-Wisp for Arceus, and Heal Bell users such as Clefable are also useful to keep it status free. Checks to Darkrai such as Xerneas are essential, (AC) as it can break through Wallceus easily.

=============

Choice Band is an option that which provides very strong priority revenge killing but sacrifices Lum Berry and the ability to set up. Wallceus can attempt to fit in an attacking move such as Extreme Speed, (AC) but it is somewhat weak and has an easier time chipping foes with status, entry hazards, and phazing. Earthquake is another option to lure surprise Mega Diancie and Mega Gengar, (RC) but has the same drawbacks and fails to hit many targets. Wallceus can also run Lum Berry to lure and cripple Darkrai with status or at least phaze it once, but this fails versus Taunt variants and is otherwise incredibly niche. Extreme Killer can fit Perish Song onto its moveset to fare better versus Baton Pass, (RC) but sacrifices a useful moveslot in doing so. Overheat on Life Orb Extreme Killer can lure surprise Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory but is otherwise not terribly useful. Refresh can remove status but doesn't help versus Darkrai, (AC) and Lum Berry is simply more reliable. Silk Scarf increases the damage of Extreme Speed slightly without chipping away at Arceus's own HP, and it is a solid item option provided Darkrai is not too threatening for the team.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ghost-types**: Bulky Ghost-types such as Mega Sableye, Giratina, and defensive Ghost Arceus are immune to Arceus's strongest attack and can survive its coverage moves while KOing Arceus with Foul Play or phazing or burning it. Giratina-O and Ghost Arceus can revenge kill a slightly weakened Extreme Killer Arceus, (AC) although neither appreciates a +2 Shadow Claw. Mega Gengar can outspeed and KO a slightly weakened Extreme Killer Arceus with Focus Blast or remove it with Destiny Bond if necessary.

**Lugia**: Arceus cannot do significant damage to Multiscale Lugia before it is phazed out, and it can easily be stalled out by Reflect variants.

Bronzong can wall Arceus variants lacking Shadow Claw, (AC) while Dialga is able to survive a +2 Earthquake with Shuca Berry and do significant damage with Draco Meteor. Magnet Rise Klefki can also avoid significant damage from Arceus, and Steel Arceus can revenge kill a weakened Arceus without fearing Extreme Speed. (AP)

**Rock Arceus**: Rock Arceus can pick off weakened Extreme Killer Arceus with Judgement Judgment or and can burn them one-on-one after using up their Lum Berry, but it does not appreciate taking a +2 Earthquake.

**Mega Mewtwo X**: Mega Mewtwo X can survive a +2 Life Orb-boosted Extreme Speed from Arceus and OHKO in return with Low Kick.

**Status**: Burn severely cripples Extreme Killer Arceus, and paralysis leaves it outsped by foes that which it would rather use coverage moves to hit, such as Dialga.
