Reserving Grass/Flying Lilligant, Ground/Fire Heliolisk, Normal/Ghost Musharna, and Water/Fighting Wigglytuff.
Pokemon: Petilil
Type: Grass/Flying
Ability: Flash Fire/Leaf Guard/Aerialate
Stats: 75/10/50/70/50/25
Removed moves: Entrainment, After You, Dream Eater, Cut, Bide, Ingrain
Added moves: Heat Wave, Aeroblast, Earth Power, Hyper Voice, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind
Flavor/Design: Due to new threats to its habitat arising in Alola, Petilil in the region have decided to make themselves bigger by inflating themselves with air, essentially turning them into miniature hot air balloons. They do this by developing mouths and via assistance from Pokemon such as Drifloon (the latter shooting gas into the former's mouth; and yes, they are now counterparts of the Drifloon line (appearing in the day time) instead of Misdreavus like in the original Sun and Moon)). This helps them scare off predators, similar to how puffer fish "puff up" in the real worldand not to mention the skin is durable enough to prevent it from being an easy target. The design is essentially like regular Petilil but darker in its coloring and having a puffy upper half. It also now gets a mouth.
Pokemon: Lilligant
Type: Grass/Flying
Ability: Flash Fire/Leaf Guard/Aerialate
Stats: 100/30/75/110/105/60
Removed moves: Entrainment, After You, Dream Eater, Role Play, Cut, Bide, Ingrain
Added moves: Heat Wave, Aeroblast, Earth Power, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind
Flavor/Design: Due to new threats to its habitat arising in Alola, Lilligant in the region have decided to make themselves bigger by inflating themselves with air, essentially turning them into hot air balloons. This helps them scare off predators, similar to how puffer fish "puff up" in the real world, and not to mention the skin is durable enough to prevent it from being an easy target. The design has darker coloring, a "skirt" section that now resembles a hula dancer's outfit, and an overall puffy appearance all around (think a Lilligant with puffy cheeks, a mouth, and globular body below that). They are extremely gentle creatures, but get very aggressive when any Pokemon threatens their young.
Competitive: The concept may be weird, but its battle properties make up for that. A slow-ish wallbreaker than can tank hits and dish out massive damage with Aerialate boosted Hyper Voice. Choice Specs is preferred due to its slow speed. Flash Fire can be a neat tech option that allows for playing with Pokemon such as Heatran and Specially Defensive Celesteela. In general though, think of it like Primarina.

Type: Ground/Fire
Ability: Chlorophyll/Dry Skin/Sand Rush
Stats: Same

Flavor/Design: More spiky all around. Its like a komodo dragon in appearance, but with its crest intact, and red splotches here and there.
Competitive: A fantastic movepool and flexiblility in every weather except Hail. Its essentially a more aggressive version of the original Heliolisk with a different type. Can easily replace Excadrill as its type covers more threats to Sand.
Pokemon: Munna

Ability: Normalize/Cursed Body/Aftermath
Stats: Same
Removed moves: Imprison, Telekinesis, Rock Tomb, Gyro Ball, Rock Slide, Worry Seed, After You, Synchronoise

Stats: Same
Removed moves: Imprison, Telekinesis, Rock Tomb, Gyro Ball, Rock Slide, Worry Seed, After You, Synchronoise

Flavor/Design: Now its black, white, and gray colored all over. Its dream mist now surrounds its entire body. The eyes are now open.
Competitive: Normalize + Skill Swap is a strategy infamous in Balanced Hackmons. Musharna is slow enough to the point where it can easily get off its Skill Swap. In a 1v1 scenario, this allows it to be many Pokemon who utilize Dark-type moves, in addition to recovery. It can also utilize a good Calm Mind set with Cursed Body or Aftermath.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Type: Water/Fighting
Ability: Defiant/Technician/No Guard
Stats: 110/100/45/55/50/75
Removed moves: Mud-Slap, Shock Wave, Misty Terrain, Bounce, Incinerate, Wild Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Nightmare, Thunder Wave, Play Nice, Disarming Voice, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Dream Eater, Dazzling Gleam, Gravity, Misty Terrain, Heal Pulse, Thunder Punch, Stealth Rock, Teleport, Psywave, Tri-Attack

Flavor/Design: Less puffy than regular Wiggytuff, dark blue coloring, and has a gruffier facial expression. Slightly longer. Boxer-like pose.
Competitive: A Keldeo for lower tiers? Not quite, but it posesses a lot of tricks up its sleeve. No Guard High Jump Kicks, Aqua Tails, and Stone Edges are great tools to have. It gets Switcheroo to use with choice sets, has priority and Drain Punch as well, so Bulk Up could be an option as well. (Or Sticky Web if that's your thing)
