Alphability ORAS [Check Post #232]

Actually, Sturdy Shedinja would be extremely annoying. Imagine it combined with Leftovers. Survives the hit, does what he wants, restores health. Unkillable, if you don't have any multi hit move, or Mold Breaker.

EDIT: ok, and Knock Off. The more I think about it, the more ways I find to kill it. But still, potentially annoying.
how does leftovers help? it's max hp is 1. and milti-hit moves won't do a thing. basically it's completely invincible to direct attacks w/o mold breaker. give it goggles and it's close to invincible (they don't stop toxic but still)

Weezing @ Black Sludge / Air Balloon
Trait: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb
- Taunt / Haze
- Pain Split

Level 51 completely wrecked me with this thing, not hard to see why. Wonder Guard Weezing only has 2 weaknesses which means the only things that can defeat it are powerful Ground / Psychic moves or Mold Breaker. The fantastic thing about Weezing is that it has pretty decent physical bulk, meaning that it doesn't just crumble to Teravolt Terrakion like most other Wonder Guard Pokemon do, especially if it's running Air Balloon to avoid Earthquake. Unlike the other Wonder Guard Pokemon, Weezing can also burn Mold Breaker mons, which is great given that most of them are physically inclined.

In addition, Teravolt/Mold Breaker Pokemon are pretty essential on every team; they are the only things that beat Sturdy Shedinja and Wonder Guard Pokemon without resorting to weird moves. Pokemon that get these include: Mew, Metagross, Terrakion, Tyranitar.

I don't think there's anything that's blatantly overpowered rn (overcentralized, yes lol), with Wonder Guard keeping many powerful Pokemon in check and Teravolt / Mold Breaker keeping those in check.

If we're talking about prankster, you can't not talk about pansage. This thing functions as a pseudo shedinja.

Pansage @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Level: 2
EVs: 252 HP
- Endeavor
- Leech Seed
- Recycle
- Taunt

Leech seed basically tops of its hp every time because it's lvl 2. Endeavor gets the opponent into the range where he's killed by leech seed. Recycle to stall using focus sash+leech seed. Taunt to prevent status.
There are a number of ways to stop this strategy; for example, making use of entry hazards, Grass-types, Pokemon with status moves (Pansage has to risk being hit by an attack if it tries to Taunt), Magic Guard, priority moves, or simply switching between Pokemon with recovery moves and PP stalling. Honestly I don't think it's as useful as you make it out to be, though it's fun and all.

Also if anything a Timid Nature with 252 Speed EVs should be used to outspeed opposing Pansage, and to keep HP as low as possible to maximize Endeavor damage.

behold and be afraid!

Rhydon @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

I'd say something more like rock blast, earthquake, dragon tail/roar, stealth rock would be better. As Mike said, Rhydon is not suited for a sweeping role (it's outclassed, and regenerator shouldn't be used for an offensive role), and functions much better as a tank.

Why would you have it at Level 2 instead of Level 1?

As someone who has peaked at #1 in Alphabet Cup several times, I love the idea of this tier. Here's my assessment of viable Pokémon, considering their alphablity, movesets, weakness to hazards and overall viability: Broken, Threat, Powerful, Mediocre and Lacklustre. I don't see why you listed wobbufet and wailord up there as the best users of wonder guard. Wobbuffet loses any uses without shadow tag. I can kinda see how wailord could work though. You missed two of the best WG users though:

Whiscash @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute

Switch in on something without grass moves and set up sub, then wreck stuff.

Weezing @ Air Balloon
Ability: Wonder Guard
- Infestation
- Pain Split
- Toxic
- Filler

Pretty good wall, only has one weakness and can trap and kill a poke with toxic.

Kit Kasai - I have to admit that the whiscash strategy is good. But it kinda gets shut down by prankster/faster taunt or toxic.

Oh, I think I found a decent one-

Persian @ Life Orb
Ability: Pure Power
- Fake Out
- Seed Bomb
- Return
- Filler

The seed bomb kinda makes a counter to whiscash

One more thing-

Archeops @ Choice Scarf/Focus Sash/Life Orb
Ability: Aerilate
- Return
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- U-Turn/Quick Attack

I'm not too sure about this set... what do you guys think?

Also, how does parental bond scarfed Porygon Z sound? Or even Parental Bond eviolite porygon2

This is a pretty good list, but you forgot Tinted Lens.

I don't think Tinted Lens will be used a lot in this tier, same with Overcoat, Normalize etc., abilities that I've also not included.
Overcoat has a niche with the powder attacks. But the only two Pokemon that can learn it is Octillery and Omastar. I guess Omastar can use it to set up on a Smeargle...but I don't think think that's really good otherwise...

Tinted Lens would probably be good with guys that rely almost exclusively on STAB. Something like Talonflame's Brave Bird and Flare Blitz or a Scarf'd Typhlosion's Eruption. I'm not saying it's not outclassed, but it does have some sort of use.

I think I banned Pure Power. I've used Bad Dreams Breloom to a decent amount of success, though, since it deals with most Wonder Guarders with Seed Bomb, and those you can't hit you can put to sleep and torment!

In retrospect Substitute is probably a better move than Swords Dance, since Breloom is actually pretty frail and it could afford it a key hit.

I feel like Imposter Igglybuff should at least be underlined. It gets the boost from Eviolite and has above-average HP. Imagine Aegislash with 90 base HP and an eviolite boost.

Something pretty cool I thought of, Infiltrator Ivysaur can get leech seed off through subs and has good special bulk with Eviolite.

With Knock Off so rampant in this meta, eviolite-users are a little worse for wear. But yes, I forgot to consider Eviolite into my calculations. Igglybuff should definitely get an underline, maybe even a Bold. We have to wait to see how the Meta plays itself out.
