Overview
########

Altaria is one of the many bulky Pokemon in the NU tier; provided by due to its Dragon / Flying (add spaces between / ) typing, which gives giving it 5 five resistances and 1 one immunity, (AC) and having good natural bulk in the form of 75 / 90 / 105 (add spaces between / again) defenses, and its ability, (AC) as well as having the Ability Natural Cure, which removes all status upon switching out. Altaria's movepool also boosts its defensive power by having has access to a wide range of support moves such as Haze, Perish Song, Heal Bell, (AC) and Tailwind. As well as having a plethora of support moves, it also comes with an and plenty of offensive options such as Earthquake, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, and Moonblast movepool that provides amazing coverage; Earthquake, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast and Moonblast to name just a few. (fix formatting here) However, Altaria does come with some drawbacks. Despite it having this range of support moves, it does not get access to one of the best support moves this generation;: (semi -> colon) Defog, meaning that would it needs another Pokemon on the its team to remove entry hazards in order for it to function well. Also, its attacking stats are pretty mediocre, especially for a fully evolved Dragon-type.

Spec. Specially Defensive
########
name: Spec. Specially Defensive
move 1: Dragon Pulse
move 2: Flamethrower
move 3: Roost
move 4: Toxic / Roar
ability: Natural Cure
item: Leftovers
evs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD (0 attack IVs)
nature: Calm

Moves
========
Altaria uses Dragon Pulse is Altaria's as it's main STAB move that to hits most of the tier neutrally, and when combined with the combination of Flamethrower, (AC) hits allows it to hit the whole tier with unresisted coverage. Roost is mandatory on this set; Altaria needs to stay as healthy as possible for it to consistently switch in and out on special attacks. When it comes to it's Whichever move that is used in the last move slot, it comes down to depends on team structure; Roar if you want can be used to phaze your opponent out to foes and rack up potential entry hazard damage or prevent opposing setup (remove hyphen), (AC) and Toxic allows you to slowly wear foes the opponent down, even if Altaria happened happens to faint.

Set Details
========
Altaria needs to be fully invested The investment in SpD so it maximises Special Defense maximizes the bulk it already has. 248 HP EVs are used so that it can survive more Stealth Rock switch-ins as well as allow Altaria to and recover more HP with Leftovers. The remaining EVs go into Defense to slightly increase its the bulk. Natural Cure is recommended so that as Altaria can remove any status it has upon switching out, keeping it a lot healthier.

Usage Tips
========
Keeping Flamethrower a secret from your opponent can catch them off guard when they try to switch in their a Steel-types like such as Ferroseed or Steelix and severely weakened them, making Altaria able to keep them checked. Stealth Rocks hurt it, so a hazard remove allows it to not keep relying to Roost to keep it constantly healthy. (this sort of thing belongs in Team Options)

Team Options
========
Pairing it Altaria with Steel-types, like such as Ferroseed or Probopass, (AC) gives your team a good defensive core, as they cover each other's weaknesses with good type synergy. Entry hazards are important, (AC) as they it allows Altaria to wear down foes your opponent much faster and therefore, (RC) provide the support its (remove apostrophe) fellow team members need. However, Stealth Rock also hurts Altaria, so it would appreciate a teammate that can remove entry hazards, allowing it to not rely on Roost to stay healthy.

Dragon Dance
########
name: Dragon Dance
move 1: Outrage / Dragon Claw
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Dragon Dance
move 4: Roost
ability: Natural Cure
item: Life Orb / Dragon Fang
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
nature: Adamant

Moves
========
Altaria doesn't have the greatest Attack stat, so Outrage is preferred over Dragon Claw so you can due to its higher Base Power which allows Altaria to hit harder, but if you do not want to be locked in, Dragon Claw is always a viable option. For coverage, (AC) Earthquake is the best option for it; (remove semi) as it provides amazing coverage, only being walled by Togetic. Aerial Ace should not be sued used because, (AC) even with a STAB boost, (AC) it is still as, not only is it weaker than than Earthquake, even with STAB calculated, it and does not provide any better coverage than Earthquake can give. Dragon Dance is the main move on this set, giving it gives Altaria the Attack and Speed it needs to become a dangerous threat, (AC) and Roost allows it to remain healthy whilst setting up.

Set Details
========
Altaria needs to have maximum investment in Atk/Spe Attack and Speed so it can perform the role as a set-up sweeper. With this, you outspeed Modest Accelgor by one point. The remaining 4 EVs go into SpD Special Defense so that Altaria it has some very slight extra bulk. Life Orb provides Altaria with it's much needed extra firepower so that it can either clean up late-game (add hyphen) or start to break your opponent's team. However, if you do not want the Life Orb residual damage, then Dragon Fang is another option, but Earthquake is not boosted it means that it's Earthquakes are much weaker.

Usage Tips
========
Keeping Altaria healthy is key; (semicolon) trying for this set to do work so trying to set up whilst they have the opponent has a Fairy-type on their team is not advised, (AC) as Altaria will be forced to switch out, not wanting to get OHKO'd. Alongside this, (RC) Do not lock yourself into Outrage if your opponent has they have a healthy Steel-type or Fairy-type; giving your opponent a free turn(s) is incredibly detrimental and should not be done under any circumstances.

Team Options
========
A more balanced team would benefit from Dragon Dance Altaria, (AC) as its (remove apostrophe) natural bulk + and rare coverage can greatly support the team well. Since Altaria does not appreciate Because Fairy-type Pokemon threaten Altaria, using Poison- (add hyphen) and Steel-type Pokemon, (RC) like such as Vileplume and Probopass, respectively, (AC) can deal with Altaria's counters and make it easier to Altaria for it to set up. One of Altaria's problems is being weak to rocks Stealth Rock, so entry hazard removal is recommended to prevent Altaria from taking too much residual damage. However, (RC) as an alternative approach, (RC) Lead entry hazard setters like such as Archeops or Crustle can provide a lot of initial pressure on your opponent, (RC) by forcing multiple switches, (AC) which can provide deal enough damage for so Altaria to can clean up.

Other Options
########
Anti set-up moves can be used on the defensive set. Haze and Perish Song can be used on the defensive set and are great if you require a defensive Pokemon that can deal with setup (remove hyphen) sweepers. With On the Dragon Dance set, Fire Blast can be used over Roost if you need a way to deal with the physically defensive Steel-types in the tier, but you do lose recovery. The Specially Offensive sets both require a Modest Nature as that's makes up for it's mediocre SpA stat. (doesn't belong in OO, this belongs on the Set Description) Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are absolutely mandatory, as it's the only way Altaria can hit extremely hard, due to its (remove apostrophe) Flying-type STABs moves being extremely weak,; (comma -> semi) however, it does have very good coverage options to make up for this, which are generally stronger anyways.

Checks & Counters
########
**Fairy-type Pokemon**: All Fairy-type Pokemon in the NU tier can easily switch in, (AC) as they are immune to Altaria's main STAB move and take very little damage from its (remove apostrophe) coverage options,. (comma -> period) in particular Togetic, (RC) can wall Altaria and can severely dent, if not KO it, Atlaria with their its STAB options moves.

**Specially Defensive Pokemon**: Audino and Lickilicky completely wall Altaria's defensive sets, (RC) and can easily switch in on any of Altaria's moves and can use the opportunity to cleric the team heal their team of status or Knock Off it's Altaria's Leftovers.

**Ice-type Pokemon**: With Because Altaria being is 4x weak to Ice, any Ice-type Pokemon can come in and take little damage due to their as most of them have a good amount of bulk, (AC) and/or outspeeding, (AC) and OHKO it Altaria with its their STAB options or force a Altaria to switch out, giving your opponent momentum.

**Physically Defensive Pokemon**: Pokemon like Physically defensive Pokemon such as Ferroseed, Steelix, (AC) and Weezing can easily switch in on the Dragon Dance set and force it a switch out, wasting the boosts Altaria may have, (AC) and can then use the opportunity to get set up entry hazards, applying more pressure.

Small formatting thing I noticed - there should be a line break after each section with the group of "="s, so the sections should look like this:

<----(have a full empty line here for all the sections) ---->

Procrastination saves the day :P
Have fun in the upper tiers, altaria.
Guess its a bummer that you spent a lot of time on this for nothing, now that altaria has moved out of NU.
